beautifully redone historic property, tons of cool art, friendly staff. Reasonable price for a small room, shared bathroom. Great location in the center of downtown.

The decor.
Staff not explained where the shared toilets are.
Poor sound proofing. to the neighbours room.

I liked that they restored the hotel to its early 1900 appearance and feel. Down the hall bathrooms were clean. Staff was helpful.
The one drawback. The wine on the rooftop bar was very low quality - have to improve on that.

Hotel had a great atmosphere. Wonderful food and drink policy in terms of being able to take it anywhere on the premises. Hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly.
Room was a bit small, and they did not provide any toiletries unless you purchase them

The only thing you have going it’s the location but around the corner is a far superior place.

The room was small but fairly inexpensive. We were allowed to bring our pet for a small fee, which was nice. The bars & restaurants were great. Loved the live music.
The room, as expected, was rustic & without many amenities such as a TV or a mini frig. The restroom was shared but close by. I don’t mind eclectic furnishings that are from the period the hotel was built. But, some things such as the drapes were tattered & dusty. The bed & pillows need to be replaced.

Great location, cool ambiance and friendly staff.
Have a gluten free beer offering from Evasion or Bierlys breweries in town.

Can’t really judge the place

Loved staying in downtown McMinnville, access to shops and restaurants. Very walkable town. Hotel decor was very interesting - loved the funky art.
Need more rooms with private bath. Would be nice to have a TV in room. Room was kind of dark - need better lighting for reading (especially if there's no TV to watch). Disappointed balcony was closed most of the time I was there.

Everyone was friendly and mostly helpful. The rooms were quaint but very small. The courtyard off the 3rd floor rooms was charming.
I generally dont mind shared bathrooms. The ladies was kept locked, that was fine but the cardkey didnt always work. Causing some embarrassment.

Breakfast was good although portions were quite large. Nice that it was very convenient. Poor Tea selection.
Earl Grey Tea and better quality tea options.

We loved this hotel!! What a joy to discover such a charming, wonderfully restored, historic hotel. Perfect place to stay in lovely, little McMinnville.
This is an amazing hotel for travelers who appreciate character and history. Who appreciate the original paintings everywhere, antiques and eccentric art. A fun, elegant and cozy vibe.
We enjoyed our charming little room overlooking the street and sharing a bathroom worked just fine. We also liked hanging out in the 2nd floor lounge with stained glass, comfy chairs and coffee in the morning.
Perfect central location. Great rooftop bar/ restaurant with 360 views. Easy parking. Very friendly staff (especially Britney and Bonnie).
Will definitely return!

Lovely hotel, lovely area. My room had access to the inner courtyard. A small oasis on the 3rd floor that had a small fountain, a seating area and plants for a neat little greenspace.
Parking two blocks away could be a pain for an extended stay, but overnight wasn't too bad. Not the fault of the hotel of course. And the town rolled up at 10pm. Had to go to the convince store just to get a soda. No soda machines in the hotel. Not to fond of sharing a bathroom with strangers, but really only saw one person during my short stay.
