Everything. They helped book our wine tours, restaurants and were just beyond helpful. Rooms were adorable with fireplace and plenty of space.
Nothing.

Loved the character of the hotel. Excellent service. Good restaurant. Nice facility. Great overall place to stay

Location excellent. Check-in staff excellent. Bathroom was good size with a window that opened for fresh air so that was a plus. Food at breakfast restaurant was good.
Carpet needs cleaning (my wife’s slippers were black on the bottom after only one night). Too much clutter in the room; books, etc., should be on shelves rather than on the already-limited flat surfaces. Bad lighting at “closet”. A second luggage rack would have been nice for a double-occupancy room.

Location was perfect, right around the corner from downtown McMinnville.

They paid attentions to details and were so kind!

Everything was outstanding. We enjoyed custom lattes every day, breakfast treats and everyone at the hotel was friendly, fun and helpful. Really top tier. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel! We travel frequently, and always with my service dog, and this hotel is amazing! They are welcoming with a glass of champagne, and a doggie bed and treats for the dog traveling with us. They helped us find breakfast, even calling in advance to make sure that it was available. Located right in downtown (without the usual loud that's associated with staying downtown.) we could walk to dinner, great shopping and wine tasting without having to drive back.
I can't recommend more!

The hotel was clean, beautiful, stylish and quiet.
I have stayed here multiple times and this was the most disappointing stay. The room was freezing, no blankets. No room service available or restaurant. The last morning we were notified we could snag some coffee while in the lobby, but had already purchased elsewhere.

interior, the rooms, staff and all the fabulous little details.
the small pillows! no safe in the room (unless I couldn’t find it)

The location is exceptional, close to many amazing restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service is impeccable. The lobby is very inviting and comfortable. The glass of "bubbly" provided at check-in was a nice touch. We also partook of the free expresso drinks provided at the front desk. The chestnuts provided in the room in addition to water, coffee, and tea was very appreciated. The room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. If you arrive early they will hold your luggage and put it in your room when the room is available. We used the valet parking, which is secure and easy.
There was not a single thing we did not like.

fabulous staff, helpful and knowledgeable. good location close to restaurants and bars. new building designed to appear historic. complementary coffees in the lobby.

very welcoming staff and interesting hotel
restaurant not open when we visited

Great in town location, history, decor, staff, suite room and furnishings. it is beautiful property and provides free bikes, beverages (eg coffee bar), light continental breakfast, valet or street parking and helpful staff. suites had small refrigerators, glasses, plates, utensils and nice furnishings, tall windows and glass fireplace. very cozy 2 room setting.
the only downside is due to being an older historic building there is no thick sound cushion barrier between room floors so if you aren’t on top floor - the walking in room above you carries. our upstair neighbors didn’t stay up too late so all worked out for us. We would definitely stay again just maybe top floor if we could.

Attitude of the staff. Always cheerful and helpful. We liked the adjacent shop and mix of products.
Its difficult turning on the shower without getting hit with cold water. For first timers a hint to turn shower to 11 or12 oclock. It would be helpful to have one grabbar to assist older people turn around in the shower.

Everything was spectacular. One of the best hotels overall that I have stayed in. I travel a lot around the world and every aspect and detail of the Atticus was throughout and wonderful.

Really appreciated the 24/7 espresso bar service. Also had great teas and coffee available in the room. Bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the fireplace and seats in front, which created a very cozy environment to hang out in. Room was much bigger than expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful with various recommendations for wineries and restaurants

staff was fabulous, especially Rey

Complimentary bubbly when we arrived... that was THE BEST surprise and really set the tone for a great trip! Very spacious rooms, cozy vibes, beds were very comfortable. Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond. Amazing hotel. We will go back for sure!
Unfortunately my spouse got food poisoning from the Red Hills dinner spot next to the lobby :( We only stayed one night so that really put a damper on our night/next morning.
