I will stay there again!

I actually was unable to stay there because they were over booked but I know the property well. They made sure I was ok and booked me at another hotel close by. The management is extremely nice! THANK YOU!

we only stayed 1 night, but was very comfortable and would stay again.

It was in a good location and the room was spacious for a family of 4.

The air con was extremely noisy. The coffee machine broke down at the bistro for breakfast 😭

Ideal location to North Shore beaches and sites

The resort and the surrounding settlement is as dry as a witch's!!! Don't expect a lively evening over a few drinks watching the sun set. Food options limited - the nearest decent restaurant with a bar is 12kms away.

Strategic location and the nice room, bathroom size is also good. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception and housekeeping.

Although food at the bistro has a nice selection, 2 staff in particular werent very nice, although they werent rude but werent that patient and friendly either.

Clean and quiet bedroom. Nice swimming pool with a spa. There's a beach nearby and the Polynesian Cultural Centre is just across the road. Short drive to Turtle Bay and many nice beaches.

Despite paying for 4 adults when booking, the included breakfast was only for 2 adults and 2 children, but there was no children in our party. They would not give us breakfast for 4 adults because "that's how they sell their packages". Eventually the manager agreed to give us the extra 2 breakfast but for the first day only. Also, I'm not sure if this is a thing in other hotels in Hawaii, but they don't sell and you're not allowed to drink alcohol on the public areas. So if you're thinking about sipping on a cocktail or beer while sitting at the pool chairs, forget about it.

Excellent stay

We loved staying here! The pool and all the beach gear they had available to rent was awesome. We loved that we could walk to the beach, and every staff member we met was very helpful and kind.

The staff was very prompt in addressing our request to move rooms due to noise and disruption at adjoining room.

The price should have been lower given this is just an average hotel, and it was crazy to have to pay for parking when they had an entire lot!

The pool!

The fact that there was no lanai or way to open windows. I also had a day that they were filling up the pool or hot tub and the spigot was outside my room so it was very loud for a long enough period of time that I left the hotel.

run down, old, musky and in a sad little town. it’s a dry town so if you plan to consume liquor DO NOT stay here

So I booked this hotel for my friends 40th bday only to find upon checking in that this hotel has no Bar , no restaurant & zero alcohol , for some that’s no problem but i think it should be mentioned at the time of booking. We ended up driving 20 mins North to Turtle bay resort , I asked for some reimbursement on our room as we only checked in an hour prior only to be told it’s not their problem. The worst Marriott experience ever , I’ll be complaining ti head office… 👎zero stars

Exceptional

The staff at the accommodation was great, very friendly with an attention to details. We had a warm welcome and the rooms were very nice as well. They are very spacious and kept clean. We had a pretty ocean view. The accommodation is located in a beautiful place with pretty mountains in the backdrop and the Polynesian Cultural Center in walking distance. With a car you can also easily go around and visit cool North Shore locations. There is a beautiful beach in every village on the way.

We had to pay daily for parking our rental car, which is a bummer, because there was more than enough parking spaces and I would expect most of the people come with car since the location is on the other side of the island.

it’s out of the city, you can see the water and overall it’s just a great setting
