The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We were disappointed with the breakfast. The biscuits were overdone and not edible.
5.0
Location was quiet; easy drive to ISU
Hot tub out of order, TV didn't work, no fan in bathroom, beds uncomfortable, no lounge chair, no USB ports, didn't receive extra pillows/blankets as requested

clean, convenient location. good breakfast

Nancy at the front desk was very polite and helpful.
I did not eat the breakfast but my daughter enjoyed the waffles.
I appreciated the self serve water available at all times. The beds were comfortable, room was large, shower was hot with good water pressure. Rooms and hotel in general seemed clean. Hallway Carpets are very stained.
Our rooms were not ready after we checked in. We had to locate staff to ask for our 2 rooms to be cleaned. We waited about 40 min and still 1 room was not done. I believe they are short on staff. The 1 and only double queen handicap accessible room is located on the 3rd floor. It does not have a roll in shower, a lower peephole or a lower bed. This is not a very accessible room for someone in a wheelchair. Floors should not be carpeted.

Everything was perfect, the room was big, clean, big bathroom, towels. We enjoyed staying there and will choose this hotel in the future

We were greeted cheerfully by Zoey, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the locations of various restaurants, etc. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious! The spa was not available, which we were looking forward to, but the pool was clean and we had a lot of fun!
The refrigerator needed to be defrosted and the handle for the toilet paper holder came off, but it was easily fixed. There was not much that I didn't like about my stay at Sleep Inn. I have stayed at many hotels, and this one exceeded my expectations!

The pub in walking distance.
TV did not work in our room, called front desk they said it was an HMI cord we needed to plug in, that did not fix the problem & they did not do anything else for it. The hallways smelled like pot/strong food.

comfortable, plenty of towels, good a/c, decent price
breakfast was mediocre at best.

Room 101 had mold in the shower, and they could not get us in a different room. The power went out and somehow people were directed to our room to call thinking it was the front desk. 30-40 calls came in and we told the front desk but nothing was fixed. It was a terrible experience and we did not feel safe at the hotel because we could tell many of the guests were smoking weed or some drugs. Never going back to this hotel again.

They were going to charge us for our stay even though we had paid through booking.com in advance.

Great price, rooms were clean, good parking. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was good long timing 6am-9am
The lady who checked us in wasn’t very helpful. The pool was so cold we couldn’t even go swimming, she didn’t know why and she didn’t know how much it is to wash and dry.

Close to the basketball venue. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
Very small towels, hair dryer did not work, toilet seat cover was loose-scews stripped, and the shower leaked a puddle on the bathroom floor. No extra blankets available for the pull out couch. Not terrible just little nit picky things.
