It met my expectations, however it could be better if we could have some privacy!

I really liked the location, and the beds were comfy, and it was a spacious place. How easy it was to pick up the keys.

The microwave was very dirty (there was a leftover in it). The living room curtain was broken, so there was not much privacy. Everyone from the outside could see what was going on on the inside. We had to park in the guest parking lot, because no one left the parking pass in the apartment. The hallway Smelled like weed a lot.

I only recommend if you do not have a vehicle. Otherwise add on 230$ per vehicle.

The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a nightmare and cost us $460, not including uber fair and time finding the tow lots. The Tow Company is cash only. When I picked it up the owner said they only do what the owners ask and they have a lot people complain about the rental units doing this. So shady. We were told that we would have a parking permit for one car and any other car would need to park in the far south lot for visitors. The parking pass was not provided-I let them know ASAP. They never got the permit to us. The instructions for guest parking were not clear and both of our cars were towed in the first three hours we were there. We did not park in a numbered or marked spot. We parked at the far south parking lot as advised and walked back to the apartment complex. Nowhere in the south lot (entrances, parking spots, etc.) did they have a sign or post of it being permit only/tow zone. The only signs we could find were at the street entrance saying parking in permit spots without a pass will result in your car being towed. It was affordable except for the fact that they do not have parking for visitors and if you do park (even in the south lot two bocks away and down the hill) you will be towed. *I uploaded the invoice and a picture of where our cars parked in the back of the south lot.

Value for money!

Everything was perfect as advertised. The place is very convenient, clean, and comfortable.

The Parking Permit was not there in the unit as mentioned. However, we were assured that they will bear the expenses if the vehicle gets towed.
