Ok but needs improvements

Having a suite room big enough for the whole family. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Suite had no privacy. No door to master bedroom. Pullout bed was stained and lumpy. Plaster was falling down from the ceiling into the bath while you showered. Carpet was fraying and tac strip was poking through. Cut both my grandkids feet. And pool was extremely small for such a huge hotel. Also no hottub.

Very nice room with clean comfortable beds and within close distance to many restaurants and stores.

I didn't get a chance to check out the pool but that is my fault.

Breakfast, spacious room, location

There were ants in my room. Maintence sprayed a little Raid. My son found a wrapper under the window and killed ants for the entire stay. They offered to put us on a different floor, but we wanted to be near my other son. Asked about compensation. They said no. Almost $400 to room with ants.

Room was a nice size and it was quiet. Location was easy to get to.

We did have ants in our room. The breakfast was ok but they were slow to refill some of the food choices.

Mid location. Free breakfast. Room at clean and very big!! Price was unbeatable!

Pool area bathrooms smelled of sewage but the pool area was ok.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great customer service and experience.

Clean, comfortable, close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was superb and attentive. Highly recommended.

There wasn’t really anything we needed that was lacking. great visit.

Got what we paid for

Breakfast was nothing special. Would have been nice to see some fresh fruit, but it was free, so I can't complain. Staff was very nice and check-in went smoothly. Pool was small, but nice. Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet despite a lot of people there.

We had a suite that had 2 queen beds and a queen bed. The king bed was separated in a smaller room, but there was just an open doorway, no door or some sort of partition. Even a curtain would have been nice so that we could still chill and watch tv, while the kids slept. The elevator was kind of scary. Sounded like a break was sticking so it made a loud sound every time it started up or down. The comforter on the bed had small holes in it. I am assuming these were from wear and tear. Everything looked and felt clean, it was just a bit unsightly to find holes in our bedding.

Staff isn't the friendliest, but, the rooms are comfy.

Our room was great! Very spacious and the bed was comfy.

The pool area wasn't the cleanest and there were no towels. They charged my card twice but both charges are pending, so I am hoping one charge falls off tomorrow. Also, when checking in, I was sent a message stating I could stop by at any time to see if my room was ready. However, the guy at the front desk stated checkin was at 4 and they don't send messages like that. After telling him we would wait, at 3:40, he ended up checking to see if our room was in fact, ready. He wasn't exactly friendly, but, it was whatever. We weren't there to just hang out at the hotel, only to sleep.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Even the hide a bed was comfy!

Breakfast area was kind of small but had an okay variety to eat.

Superb

Breakfast was nice, waffles and pancake options made a great feat. One day was cinnamon and one day was blueberry (in addition to regular mix) bed were surprisingly comfy.

Asked for our toilet paper to be refilled and trash to be taken each day and still it didn't get done which was frustrating.

The remote in our room did not work for our TV. We got another remote from the front desk, but it didn't work either. The front desk personnel said they would come look, but never did. We couldn't find any buttons on the TV to change the channels or volume.

Excellent Stay!

Staff were amazing! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and inviting. Beds were super comfy, sheets were velvet soft, and towels were soft and thick. Nothing NOT to like during this visit. Excellent, convenient location for our needs.
