The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delicious
The emergency drain in the bathroom sink appeared to have some mold in it as reflected by the mirror
2.0 / 5.0
Room smelled bad discovered food left in microwave oven from previous guests was the source. Mold in tub and sink area of the bathroom . Very disappointing considering the price paid for the room
2.5 / 5.0
only had coffee- but breakfast looked fine
-location was terrible. Busy roads on both sides and heard too much traffic noise. Also sirens, honking, cars racing, etc...
-room was very dark and lighting terrible. couch was awful- felt old and completely worn. Bed was "ok" but too soft and husband and I didn't sleep well.
-looked out into a cement wall, which was probably why it was so dark in the room.
-shampoo/conditioner in shower dispensers did not work - which of course you don't know until you're in the shower

Nothing really

very clean and updated. room has a mini kitchen, great size bathroom and nice shower.
very close to main road and I-4. if you get a room that is facing the road vs facing the interior courtyard you can hear traffic and loud vehicles all hours of the night. I’m talking 2-3am can hear all the traffic outside.

Pretty much everything about this property was awesome. Staff were all welcoming, room was perfect, breakfast tasted good, everywhere was clean (even the parking garage) & some of our group even got to enjoy the indoor pool.
So if I had to get picky, the only negative was location. Downtown Orlando gets loud at night and on the top floor we heard a lot of city sounds through the night. Nothing the hotel can do about this.

The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. We had issue when we arrived in the middle of the night with our company card and they accommodated us until we could work it out. THEY WERE THE BEST!!
The room, although great, seemed to be a little different that what we expected. The room looked larger when we booked it and it also seemed to have to separate on suites.

Cleanliness
Absolutely no WiFi on the last day of my trip. defeats the point of a work trip, very frustrating, crew could not give an estimate of how long it would take but it was out until at least the next morning
4.0 / 5.0
The location was great to downtown activities. The noise from the street did not really bother us.
The food was just okay. The coffee (I am a coffee drinker) was a little bitter and the eggs tasted powdered. The bacon do not serve. It was awful. It is not real. The bread, such as bagels, etc. was great. A little more variety.
The room we had was great but the sofa bed did not work and was not comfortable at all. Slept on the couch. Needs to be replaced.

The location was good. Within 10-15 min from all the festivities we did. NBA game, college tour and Universal Orlando.
The outdated furniture and room was a turn off. We paid almost $400 a night for a two bedroom suite and we hoped for a nicer, upscale stay. We have paid 1/2 the amount and received much classier, updated rooms than this by far. I regret paying this much. I wish we could get 1/2 refunded.

Cleanliness and friendly staff
The sound from outside prevented us from getting any sound sleep.

Very nice room. Breakfast was as expected.
No place to eat in walking distance. Noise from loud cars outside.

The location is great. They have a gated covered parking for an additional 15 dollars fees. We had booked for the studio, and it was really great for a long stay with a desk, a comfy coach, and the kitchen is really well equipped.

location was great. beautiful room and lobby. exceptionally clean.
everything was amazing
3.5 / 5.0
the morning breakfast crew were amazing. they went above and beyond
almost all of the dishes In our studio were dirty with food crusted on plates, bowls, pots, etc. Also the dishwasher stank really bad and it did not work. I tried to run it and the soap never dispensed and then none of the buttons worked after that. Maintenance came out to fix the microwave that was sounding an alarm after the door was opened, but even though requested, the dishwasher was not fixed.
the room had a slight musty smell, and there was dried rice inside the pull out bed. For the price I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and state of our room.
The pool claims it is heated but the water was freezing.
