In the beautiful "hamlet" of Dosso, at 7 minutes drive from Levanto (where you can find supermarkets, bars etc ..) and just 4 minutes train from Monterosso, our tipical stone house sea view in the peace of nature. There is a living room with a single bed, a romantic bedroom with a king size bed, a closet, a bathroom and a private garage. The owner is the owner of the wood, one of a kind and realized There is air even if the house is very fresh in the summer! It is perfect for a couple of people, thanks to you! From Bare you can find amazing trekking or Mountain biking trail, or you can just relax in the garden on the sunbed or under the porch, watching the sea. In the garage you will find 2 mountain bikes that you can use, just lock them ok?
Between Levanto and Bonassola there is a nice dog beach with crystal clear water.
We are sure you will fall in Love with this place!

Terrasse zum Genießen
Das Haus liegt oberhalb des kleinen Dorfes Dosso beim Dorfparkplatz. Es verfügt über eine unmittelbar hinter der eigentlichen Wohnung angeschlossene Garage; ein Stellplatz darf genutzt werden (immer kühles Auto, genial😊). Entsprechend der Beschreibung ist das Haus einfach und gemütlich ausgestattet; dies gilt auch für die Küche, die zum Kochen nicht aufwendiger Gerichte einlädt 🙂. Die Umgebung ist recht naturbelassen (die Insekten lieben wie überall die Abwechslung, also Touris😁) und von der Terrasse hat man einen alpin anmutenden Ausblick auf die schnuckligen Dörfer und nach Levanto. Die Terrasse haben wir auch wegen der süßen Eidechsen, Schmetterlinge, etc. genossen🥰. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie jedenfalls nachts 😴. Fragen beantwortet die Eigentümerin per E-Mail zügig in sehr gutem Englisch (unser italienisch ist halt doch überschaubar 😊). Empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die keinen Luxus benötigen und mit südländischen Verhältnissen gut klar kommen.👍

Très jolie maison à 15 minutes en voiture de Levanto dans un environnement de verdure paisible et luxuriant. A souligner un très beau jardin et une vue mer (Levanto en contrebas). Top pour prendre son petit déjeuner dehors !

Maison agréable, bien situé pour visiter les cinque terre (1h maximum de voiture à faire pour le village le plus éloigné, Riomaggiore).
Maison avec un beau jardin et vue sur mer.
Très bien pour 2 personnes.
En terme d’équipements, il manque toutefois quelques commodités comme un four (micro ondes ou four classique), une TV et du chauffage (mi-octobre, les soirées et nuits sont fraîches dans une maison en pierre !).
Le petit chauffage soufflant ne suffisant pas à chauffer une maison de 3 pièces.

Jolie maison spacieuse et récemment rénovée avec une belle terrasse offrant des vues fantastiques, le seul b-mol étant le petit parking municipal en contrebas sur lequel il y a souvent un va et vient ... surtout tôt le matin

Piccolo paradiso di quiete
Piccola casa indipendente con piccolo, delizioso giardinetto cintato. Tutto è molto curato e perfetto per una casa di mare, nei toni di bianco, azzurro e blu. Il garage privato è un vero plus. La zona è super tranquilla, tutti i servizi si trovano a Levanto, a 10minuti d'auto.

Casa molto bella ma con alcuni disservizi . Bici proposte come servizio e inutilizzabili, lettini e sdraio amuffiti e rotti e box sporco e pieno di ragnatele. Per il resto tutto ok.

Ok voor een paar nachtjes
We waren niet super gecharmeerd van het huisje... van binnen niet heel erg leuk en ook de directe omgeving was niet erg inspirerend. Ook was er geen internet. Niet verschrikkelijk maar was toch wel handig geweest.
Wél heel handig dat het vlakbij de Cinque Terre ligt. En ook de gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en gaf via de e-mail op tijd en heel duidelijk en uitgebreid instructies.

Mare e monti
Bel posto, sulla montagna, vista mare, vicino a Levanto, per chi vuole visitare le 5 terre è in ottima posizione. Casa molto carina e ben ristrutturata, ideale per 2 persone + cane, immersa nella natura. Anche l’arredamento semplice e luminoso in stile marinaro ci è piaciuto molto. Buona anche l’idea di fare il check in in autonomia, peccato solo per la scarsa manutenzione e pulizia. Forse il proprietario dovrebbe controllare piu spesso la proprietà di persona o affidarsi a qualcuno di fiducia.

Wenn man ein gemütliches kleines Domizil etwas abseits vom Trubel sucht, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft ist ideal, wenn man Hunde hat, da ein kleiner Garten vorhanden ist

The garden is amazing with breathtaking view over Levanto and the sea, and total privacy. Our dog enjoyed the stay too (dog beach in Levanto). Garage attached to property is really privilege.

davvero incantevole, in una cornice suggestiva e romantica.
Il silenzio, la natura vasta e generosa tutt'attorno, e il mare, superba visione che ci ha accompagnati dall'alba al tramonto. I nostri bimbi 🐕�"pelosi" e dunque a quattro 🐾�🐾� sono stati entusiasti del giardinetto super sicuro e curato.🌳�🌷�🌿�

Ein wunderschöner Ort der Ruhe mit Blick aufˋs Meer
Wir haben uns in der sehr liebevoll und hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer, Levanto und die umliegenden Hügel und von morgens bis abends Sonne :-). Es ist dort absolut ruhig, da die durch den kleinen Ort Dosso führende Straße kaum genutzt wird. Trotz der ruhigen Lage gibt es eine gute Busverbindung nach Levanto, mit dem Auto braucht man ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten hinunter in den größeren Ort.
Gleich unterhalb des Grundstücks ist ein kleiner Parkplatz, sodass man es mit dem Gepäck nicht weit hat. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche schöne Wanderwege. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Mountainbikes haben wir nicht genutzt, aber vielleicht beim nächsten Mal.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wahr sehr nett und vor allem bei Fragen antwortete sie äußerst schnell und zuverlässig.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal einen Urlaub dort zu verbringen!

Un angolo di Paradiso!
Premesso che la casa incontra il mio gusto personale al 100%, era veramente completa di tutto, ed è indiscutibile la vista, la pace, la comodità del garage allo stesso livello della casa stessa...stiamo parlando veramente di un "oggetto raro" in Liguria. Perfetta anche per due persone anziane o per chi abbia a che fare con un passeggino. Daniela è stata gentilissima e abbiamo sfruttato anche le bici pedalando nelle gallerie tra Levanto e Framura...bellissimo! Che dire...tutto meraviglioso e ineccepibile.

La maison est très jolie et très bien décorée ! Les alentours sont très calmes et la vue est splendide. La propriétaire répond très vite et elle est très gentille de plus la maison est très propre ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit mais pas trop souvent car on veut y retourner :)

Petite maison adorable avec superbe vue
La maison est très bien placée, sur les hauteurs de Levanto qui est une belle petite station balnéaire. C'est un super pied à terre pour visiter les cinq terres. La région est magnifique. La maison est propre, climatisée, bien équipée, la vue est superbe. Daniela est vraiment serviable et très disponible. Je n'hésiterai pas à louer de nouveau cette maison.

Una finestra sul mare
Quello che cercavamo era di potersi alzare la mattina e vedere il mare: così è stato! La posizione in cui si trova la casa è ottimale in questo senso. Ampia sala con angolo cottura, camera e bagno funzionali a un soggiorno comodo e rilassante, con la veranda e il piccolo cortile da godersi nei mesi caldi. Arredata in modo essenziale (ma non manca nulla!), consente di trascorrere momenti di tranquillità e di relax al ritorno dalle tante escursioni che offre la zona. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria completano una accoglienza davvero all'altezza. Una base sicuramente valida per visitare la bellezza dei luoghi.

Tolle Lage, schwache Einrichtung und Ausstattung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, der Meerblick herrlich! Die Terasse sehr schön und sehr funktional ausgestattet, inkl. der Sonnenliegen.
Positiv in der Wohnung: Größe, Raumaufteilung und die sehr gute Matratze. Mehr können wir nicht erwähnen, denn sonst fehlt sehr vieles: keinerlei Schrank, ein marodes uraltes Sofa, 2 Hocker mit einem winzigen Tisch. Aus unserer Sicht eine (fast) leere Wohnung!
Eine derartig dürftige Küchenausstattung haben wir in 30 Jahren Ferienwohnungserfahrung noch nicht erlebt: Keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Tassen, ein (!) Weinglas, fragwürdige Töpfe.
Da stimmt leider die Preis-/ Leistung aus unserer Sicht nicht!
Die organisatorische Abwicklung war gut, Kontakt zur Vermieterin gab es keinen. Zusätzlich negativ: Es gibt keinerlei Versorgung im Umfeld. Für alles muss man bis zur Küste runter. Das hatten wir der Beschreibung so nicht entnommen.

This holiday felt like 2 weeks camping in a very poor grade hotel.

Casa molto bella e funzionale: perfetta
La casa di Daniela e' proprio come appare nelle foto : all'interno e' luminosa, ariosa, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con gran gusto e molto funzionale..
All'esterno ha questa grande veranda con un piccolo giardino da cui si vede il mare e tutto il magnifico paesaggio circostante.
A fianco della casa c'è un piccolo parcheggio per i pochi abitanti di Dosso che risulta essere molto pratico e di nessun disturbo: la casa e' estremamente silenziosa e se il parcheggio fosse tutto occupato Daniela ha un comodo garage privato proprio dietro casa.
In Liguria e' fondamentale avere un parcheggio vista la mancanza di spazio; per due sere siamo tornati a casa e meno male c'era il parcheggio privato della proprietà perché il parcheggino era tutto pieno.
Daniela e' stata molto disponibile e gentile: ha risposto velocemente ed esaurientemente a tutte le nostre domande, inoltre la casa essendo in perfette condizioni non ci ha dato nessun problema.
