....great view and secluded location....plenty of space and reasonably well equipped...supplied parking permit was very useful...
.....garden was really too overgrown to use....unless you're very active and like walking you really need a car here....

We chose this place because it was outside the town. it was much better than we had imagined, lots of verandah space, outside barbecue, modern kitchen with a few things like coffee, sugar and olive oil in place and the view in the evenings was relaxing and peaceful. the owner provided us with a local parking pass which was really useful. all in all we loved this place and found nothing lacking or to fault. We would love to return.

The view is superb and is just a few minutes from train station. It has free parking and the size of the property was perfect. It had everything we needed.
The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Such a charming and beautiful villa! It felt very authentic and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The location was perfect - very quiet and secluded, yet less than a 5 minute drive from everything you needed. It was perfect for our family of 5

This is a funky house on the hill overlooking Levanto and the Mediterranean sea. The interiors are from late 60s or early 70s and if you're into that stuff, this is a real gem.
The location, combined with the free resident parking pass, was super convenient for exploring the villages of Cinque Terre. Driving down from the hill to the railway station takes just a couple of minutes and you can park the car for free thanks to the pass. This turned out to be way better option than staying in any of the five crowded villages.
It would be fair to specify in the description that although this used to be a detached house, it has been divided into two separate apartments afterwards, resulting in somewhat random spatial arrangements. For instance the kitchen, constructed on a former terrace, was a bit small for preparing food for a family of four (and the random collection of tableware was not in line with the stylishness of the rest of the house).
If you are looking for the full privacy of a detached house (like we did based on the property's description and attributes), you might want to look for other options. We were lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, so this wasn't a real issue in our case.

Great place for a family to stay while exploring the area of Cinque Terre. We liked it was located out of the city, but still very close to the train station. Spacious apartment with big kitchen, with a bbq outside, great views.

View from terrace was wonderful
A lot of space for 6 persons
Quiet and calm place rounded by olives trees and vineyards
It was not easy to take hill especially after a day on a beach, but i still recommend this place. (No issues at all if you are driving)

Stunning views of Levanto and the sea. Very good value for money. Lots of space in and around the house.
Close to the train station.
The road to the house and the gate is quite narrow, so you have te be careful with a big car.
Interior is a bit dated, but everything works.
