I would stay here again.

The staff was very kind. The hotel was in the middle of everything. I was never more than 2 miles from where I was headed which was a plus.

I could hear the people above me walking around and could hear their music. I don’t know if they were super loud or if the floors just didn’t have much protection from noise.

The hotel doesn’t live up to the Marriott name

We booked guest for a conference last year and had a very bad experience with hotel cleanliness and upkeep. Our guest found a fake fingernail in her bed and repeatedly asking front desk to send someone to change sheets that were visibly not clean. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for this year’s conference after speaking with the manager and head front desk clerk about last year’s incident but to no avail, the same unclean, deplorable conditions were evident this year to our guest. We ended up moving our guest to another hotel.

NOTHING!!!! It’s awful!!! The rooms aren’t clean. The housekeeping left trash in corners and dirty sheets on the beds.

Wish I had stayed at Hilton Gardens.

the location and housekeeping we passed in halls were always nice.

rest of staff. especially at check in and Starbucks/bar. bar is unprofessionally unstocked and staff there was never pleasant. Room was not clean. sheets and cover from previous guest still on pull out. Bathroom floor was sticky and dirty. Fridge was dirty.

Kinks to work out

The hotel was nice, clean, plenty of parking (garage) and the location was good, within walking distance to several popular eateries. We, as well as many others, were there for State's Preview Day.

I feel certain the university's calendar is easily accessible and the hotel should be prepared for the influx of guests on given dates. We paid for breakfast to be included in our stay and planned our daily schedule based on having breakfast on the property. When we went for breakfast it was the high water mark so to speak, everyone descended at the same time as we were all there for the same reason. We were not informed or aware it was a stand in line and order type breakfast with a $ limit/voucher. Not a problem, until the staff decides being only 2 on duty, they can handle no more than coffee orders. With that type of set up it's understandable that was too much for 2 people. However, as a guest expecting and having paid for breakfast it was not appreciated that we started our day without nor did we have time needed to go and wait elsewhere.

If you a traveling with kids, don't stay here.

It was close to a Walmart and hwy 82.

Almost everything. Wasn't family friendly, breakfast was not included like I was told. Wasn't tod at check in that we had to call down to have our room cleaned, and when we did call down the rooms still weren't clean. We were just given a few towel and a roll of toilet paper.

Excellent location. I felt safe. Room was very quiet

Unfriendly employee at check in. No info regarding parking garage. Room was completely bare of artwork or color just stark white walls. Felt like a hospital room. Cushions on couch missing, very uncomfortable. Weird cushions as headboard with no coverings. Top of toilet was dirty. Black marks on walls. Property in general showing wear & tear. Disappointing overall

booked a room here months in advance. upon arrival we were told that we had no room and had been moved to the Hampton Inn 22 miles away in Columbia Ms. No explanation. We have reservations for 2 nights and they said they would pay only for the first night at the Hampton. We called the Hampton to make sure we had a room there. We were told that someone from the courtyard would drive over and pay for our room but we couldn’t check in until the room was paid for. The Hampton said they would call us when the room was paid for. We never received a call. So the Courtyard at Mills Street manager lied to us and just cancelled our confirmed reservation through booking.com. I fell something very fishy is going on at this hotel and booking.com should take them off of their site because apparently a reservation at this hotel means nothing.
