Great location and facilities. Clean, friendly. Easy check in. Easy booking. Nice to have a lobby bar available as well as the option for breakfast. Request for late checkout was swiftly approved which made life a lot easier.
Parking is not available other than valet. Perhaps location makes this difficult but it is a bit of an irritant. I understand the logic behind bar/restaurant closing hours but it would have been nice if they had closed later.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, Excellent Restaurant Food, Very Clean, Comfortable bed
Cons:
1. Only basic cable with HBO (for the price, there should be smart TVs with streaming services available).
2. The only parking available is Valet ($15/day) or meter street parking. Valet parking should be included in overall price of stay, not an additional charge.
4. For the high cost, a free continental breakfast should be included (yogurt, granola, fruit, pastry, coffee).
3. My entire floor smelled like “weed” for one day. There should be small “No Smoking” placards in every room.

My favorite part about this hotel was the workers, but specifically Jared who works night shift. He was absolutely amazing. He was extremely accommodating to my medical needs and made sure to follow up with us day after day to make sure we were taken care of. His friendly attitude and helpful ways made the stay at this hotel great. I’m hoping this review reaches someone to be able to recognize what a great asset Jared is to the company and to this hotel location. Thanks again for your hard work, Jared. Your kindness made our trip so special and we cannot tell you enough how amazing you are.
This hotel was great, but it seemed like the price was a bit high for the things offered. We thought we booked a hotel with a pool, which was our fault because there wasn’t. It would have been nice to have some sort of breakfast offered for free with the price.

Location was excellent, room service was excellent
No In-room refrigerator!!!! No way to enjoy the view other than standing at a window

Everything was great - excellent team, location, service, bars, etc...
Tv didn't work in first room we got so moved to another room. But not a huge deal and they got us moved within a couple hours of arrival after maintenance couldn't fix it.

Location and the shower was spa like
For the money we couldn’t enjoy the rooftop restaurant & bar. It was too crowded with it being open to the public.

The location was great.
The staff was rude and did not handle anything properly. They did not clean the room at all even after we requested housekeeping three times.
4.1
great location and it was nice and clean
no pool, $4 waters in the room

I loved the location. We were able to walk anywhere. I loved the hotel itself and the bar, it was a super nice and clean room. The bar was nice and the front desk clerk was amazing when we checked in.
The bartender, steven, was an absolute jerk. Tried to ask him questions about the town and where to go. He was super short, never smiled and acted like we were bothering him by talking to him. When I asked if he had a problem, he said he doesn't drink so he doesn't know answers to our questions. All we were asking him was where he suggested we go after we ate. Also, the road noise was quite loud and for the price you pay for the room there should definitely be a fridge in the room.

location and friendly staff. The restraunt and bar was very convenient. Bed was comfortable. The lobby was spacious and comfortable.
coffee was not available in the lobby . No one answered our request for coffee pods to be sent up to the room. The sliding bathroom door popped open and didn't have a handle to open or close the door.

close to things
no safe or fridge in room

Absolutely loved the walk-in shower and the bay front location. The bar was incredibly nice as well.
The parking is very limited and you have to use their valet.

nothing I liked everything

East walk to downtown traverse city shops, very nice room.
The lighting in the bathroom could have been better for putting on make-up. The only other complaint was the limited wait staff in the restaurant/bar area, however since Covid this is common in many restaurants.

The view was amazing, the hotel staff were fantastic, professional and extremely friendly.
Lightning in the bathroom- needs to be brighter. Traffic woke us up at 5 am- maybe some sound proof windows on the lake view side. Bathroom door - barn style - doesn’t allow for privacy- looks great though.

Location is excellent!
Checked in to no phones working and took a second trip to front desk-to find out. Lots of noise at night including a reception above us on Saturday night. Hotel needs an upgrade for rates they command especially summer season.

nice location, friendly staff and surprised about quality of food.
Valet parking kind of interesting because we were coming and going from our room. but understand parking is at a premium.

Service was always prompt and exceptional.
