i regret booking it and will never stay at a red roof inn again

i liked leaving, that was there best part

the bathroom was gross, the bed spreads had cigarette burns, the mattress had blood stains and it was dirty and dingy, the walkway smelled like pot from the residents and there were plenty of women of the night there as well 🤮

Shower was filthy. Room was not clean and nothing like what your pictures look like. Poor upkeep on the facility.

Sketchy. Didn’t feel safe.

My husband and I were planning to stay here after a football game in Jacksonville. When we pulled up the place looked sketchy and there was a Police officer in the lobby doing security. Checked in and went to the room. Parking lot was dark, door to the room looked like it had been kicked in before. I did not feel safe so we left and went to a Marriott in Valdosta and got a room for the same price. Red Roof Inn had a flyer in the lobby that said “No refunds, No exceptions” so we lost our money.

Passable

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Clientele was ghetto. Surrounding rooms had activity throughout the night with people coming and going and not trying to be quiet.

Honestly the only good thing about the stay was the staff, they were really nice and helpful.

There were a lot of gross spots in the room, the toiletries provided sucked, the plumbing in the shower was really bad (water pressure so low it took me 30 minutes just to wash my hair), and worst of all, even though it was a non smoking room, the entire room REEKED of cigarettes.

The room was dark there was water leaking from the water bathroom ceiling. There was no soap in the bathroom an the tub was dirty. Also another of people hanging outside the room that made you feel unsafe

Someone had smoked weed in the room. It was not pleasant. They offered to give us a different room, but didn’t care for its location.

I like the fact that it is close to the airport and a major shopping plaza

the young that checked me in was not friendly at all to begin with, then when we got to the non smoking room it clearly smelled of smoke. Towels had old mold spots, the blankets had cigarette burns, and the tub had a filmy soap scum feel like it wasn’t clean. there was also, no remote to the TV and the sink was clogged. We went to dinner and when we came back to the room there were people hanging around and it looked like drug activity. A lot of them clearly live there.
