We spend two days with two 8 year old girls. Even the hotel is not pure type of kids place iT was so much fun and pleasu

Exceptional service, interior, and experience. Everyone at the hotel was so supportive with positive attitude that is hard to find elsewhere

Miami Hotel - nice , won't be back

Location to the beach was nice. The walk from hotel through the grounds was nice each day with my family

In my opinion the accommodations were overpriced and not in line with the value we expected. Others may have varying opinions, I spend 150 days a year in hotels [mostly for business] and my price point to value received "meter" did not agree. Plus, after we checked out, i received significant additional charges on my card and not clear why.

A truly lovely hotel with wonderful staff.

Location was right on the beach but a little further North than we anticipated meaning either a longish walk or bus/ taxi ride to the more vibrant South Beach. Interior design was lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful and charming. Suite was gorgeous.

WiFi was very poor in places and whilst the staff gave us a second sign in, this was the poorest wifi I’ve had in a premium hotel in over 8 years. The afternoon live music was immediately directly beneath our balcony and whilst at ground level it sounded great, once distorted by the buildings by the time it got to our floor it was amplified and distorted enough to drive us indoors. The no-shorts dress code for the main bar in the evening was ridiculous and made us not spend our money there.

Would not recommend and would never go back.

The room was small for the price and absolutely everything, and I think the air we were breathing on the property, I paid for. Everything was grossly overpriced and not worth it at all. The food was subpar at best.

initially very impressed with ambience of hotel and customer experience, let down by consistency such as housekeeping.

had to remind front desk about housekeeping (on one occasion our room was not cleaned). Toilet roll absent. didn’t top up toiletries on a daily basis (soap bars, cotton Porter not available at check out from room to reception.

Subpar

Location

I don’t know where to start but the restaurant Pao should be avoided at almost any cost. Insanely poor menu and seriously over priced (which would be fine if the quality wasn’t so subpar). The service at the pool will not open before noon and they close at 4.30 pm in the afternoon, absolutely ridiculous for a hotel claiming to have the standard that Fao does. will not stay at Fao ever again.
