Would recommend.!

good coffee and breakfast. Ideal location, able to walk to town, restaurants and other destination. Michael was most helpful with local information and made our stay very warm and comfortable!

Great place! You will be well taken care of here.

Our first stay at a B&B and it was wonderful. Mike was a superb host. His mom makes the baked goods, the scones were exceptional! Huge front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location, away from downtown and so close to the coast. Close to Mabel’s restaurant!! The BEST hot butter lobster roll ever!!!

We had a short stay at the Harbor inn and should have stayed longer. The inn was very comfortable with everything we needed, location was great and Mike was the perfect host - so welcoming and very helpful!

Perfect stay in every way!

The cleanliness! And Mike the host was very personable and accommodating. The location was perfect! We loved that we were further from the downtown strip and closer to the coast. The food was also delicious! And we loved rocking on the front porch everyday!

The Harbor Inn was a very quaint spot with a great location.

The property was beautiful. There were updates made and it was very quaint. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The innkeeper was very friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a 2 bedroom suite and the main room had an air conditioner and a tall fan. The second room had a very small fan and was on the warmer side. Maybe consider installing mini splits?

Mike made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay, including accommodating my gluten allergy.

Exceptional

The location was perfect and the inn was adorable! The owner was so thoughtful and took the time to show us around. Unfortunately our trip was short and we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities or breakfast but we will absolutely be back! I highly recommend The Harbor Inn.

Fantastice location, fantastic room, fantastice staff, in other words FANTASTIC!!!

Everything was great!!! Mike, the manager, was especially helpful and made us feel very comfortable. He was helpful to help us plan sightseeing, restaurants, etc.

An elevator to get to the 3rd floor would be nice, but Mike helped with the bags so only a slight inconvenience.

An awesome BNB , for some RNR.

Mike is an incredible host. Makes you feel right at home, gave us a thorough tour of the property. You really feel right at home there.Great cookies for snacks , coffee and teas available also. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The morning breakfasts were tasty. Our first nite there , Mike did a great job putting an outdoor fire together for all the guests to enjoy. The town is a short 10 minute walk, and well worth it , with all the cool shops to visit, and The Clam Shack is an over the top eatery, well worth the wait in line.

We had a great time and found the Home and the surrounding area just lovely.

The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good and got us off on the right foot. Our host was friendly and accommodating and made some great recommendations. Harbor Inn did not disappoint!

A nice stay, with the family!

Mike was a great host. House was both welcoming and comforting. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Hot shower, good breakfast, tasty coffee.

Good location, but overpriced.

The breakfast was very large and had a lovely fruit bowl, the second day we requested a much smaller meal. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, had to go downstairs when you wanted a drink. Advertised as having a sea view from the room, non of the rooms had a sea view, if you cut a couple of trees down you maybe able to see the Harbour. No TV in the room, there was a communal TV downstairs. Rooms not serviced, only towel changed if left outside the door.

Very disappointed with our stay here.

The photos of the facility online are not accurate! They are glamorized. Never saw a staff person on site. The place is run down. Have stayed at two other Bed and Breakfasts in the New England area and they were exceptional at the same price point. I can’t understand the rating and price of this facility. No comparison.

Lovely lady host at breakfast. Room comfortable & plenty of space. Good selection of games & hot drinks in lounge. Great location....easy walk into town.

Beautiful in a good location.

Beautiful - home from home. We booked two inter connecting rooms on the top floor with a shared jack and Jill bathroom. lovely comfortable beds and well equipped rooms. The Harbour Inn is owned by a lovely family who made us feel so welcome. The location was great - 15 walk to Kennenbunk Port and the house was beautifully appointed, with wonderful communal spaces and a wrap around porch with rocking chairs

Superb

What a great place! We really loved the area and the house too. The owner was beyond helpful. Breakfast and staff were very good.

The only reason I didnt give it a 10 out of 10 was because the bathroom was so small. The bedroom was big but tiny bathroom. I realize this is what would be expected in a really old house, but had to mention it.
