Disappointed in Fort Worth!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Beds were fine. Room was ok. Location was easy to find.

This facility has some issues. Washing machine did not work! The stairwell was not accessible to the room area. You could only use the stairs as emergency exit only. If you did go into the stairwell you were stuck unless you exited through emergency door sounding off alarms or you waited for someone on inside to let you in. Outside entries did not lock to the inside after 10pm as posted. The keys to the rooms did not work half the time and had to be reprogrammed almost daily. Road work made it difficult to navigate. Carpet is different and looks like it is currently under renovation. Maybe it will be better in the near future?...

Over all was great

The price with breakfast included was wonderful.

With the construction going on across the street, and road being hard to get into and out of parking lot was a pain.

Ok for 1 night

Good beds

You can hear everyting , there is no sound profing . I belive the beds was clean , but you could see stains in the sheets . Its a bit run down this place . And there is notting around this hotels . No shops, resturants etc

Would not stay here ever again.

Friendly front desk lady.

The blinds did not cover the window and the huge, bright, parking lot light shown right in the room ALL NIGHT. ( I have included a picture, I took in the middle of the night, 1:02 to be exact) The ac did not work well and the floor above creaked everytime the people above us walked.

Good hotel, but should have been better.

Well situated, good cost-benefit ratio, breakfast was ok

We had a room with a bed and a couch-bed. We were 3 in the same room, so one of us was going to sleep on the couch bed. When we unfolded it, we found used sheets inside all heaped up within the couch-bed. I called the front desk to have them changed. As it was late, the front desk person told me there was no one that could change them for me, and that I needed to go downstairs to get a set of sheets for my family member to use. I asked for a blanket as well on the same call, and the front desk helper replied, "That's what I'm telling you: you need to come down to get your sheets". So, besides us finding used sheets piled into the couch-bed, we found her reply to be somewhat rude. Lucky for us, it was only one night.

Just Okay

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The woman who checked us in was having an all-evening chat on her mobile phone. When we needed help at checkout, it took a long time to find an associate. Finally, the office door opened and an associate appeared, followed by waves of pot smoke

We stay weekly to biweekly for past 2 1/2 months.

The room was comfortable & clean that is why we stay there while we visit family in the hospital in FW every week to every other week. Nice to know what your getting into for a hotel.

The side security door being hanked open & slamming closed right next to our room.

Very nice and clean

Clean rooms and clean all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It seems it was recently updated which is nice. I usually bring my own towels, blankets, and bed sheets to put over the bed so I didn’t use the blankets. But beds were very comfortable. Room was also very spacious.

The ladies at the front desk need to work on smiling and greeting customers!

Gutes Hotel in praktischer Lage

Gutes Hotel mit kostenlosem Parkplatz nur zwei Minuten von der Interstate entfernt. Von hier kommt man schnell überall hin, Fort Worth Centrum ist nur 8 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, sehr sauber und das Frühstück solide. Der Pool ist zwar recht klein, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Das WLAN ist kostenlos und gut.

Der Militärflughafen ist direkt nebenan und man hört und sieht tagsüber die Düsenjets auf Augenhöhe. Nachts sind sie jedoch ruhig. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen.

Property outside and inside looked clean, our stay was in general great for the price point!

Sehr sauber; sehr freundlich; gutes Frühstück am 1. Tag, am 2. Tag geringeres Angebot: es fehlte einiges, das am Vortag vorhanden war; tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ziemlich hellhörig. Am besten wohnt man im obersten Stock, denn dann trampelt man den anderen auf dem Kopf herum.

Dit hotel was voor ons een doorreishotel, het voldeed perfect aan wat we nodig hadden. Dichtbij de snelweg, nette ruime kamer, goed ontbijt in een grote ruimte en een vriendelijke receptioniste. Dat er s'morgens bijna buren aan het ontbijten waren was een grappig toeval.

Good Location for an Overnight Stay

We had booked a double queens bed room. Room was clean, sizing and interior was OK. The room had a small balcony with view toward the pool. Breakfast was average American standard.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed and so it was quiet noisy during the morning.

Good enough! Based the room rate This hotel is good enough. Egg cheese, sausage, two kind of bread, bagger, waffle, milk, coffee, four kind of cold drink. Good Enough !

Fantastic accommodations

The hotel was very clean, beautiful large pool w/ tables and lounging are and even a place to cook out! We had a balcony room which is very uncommon in this area. Absolutely Fantastic stay. It would be booked more by travelers if service animals were welcome. Thank you

Very nice

Quiet, clean, excellent layout of the room and property. Breakfast was simple but very good.
