Ease of check in and out, size of the rooms, cleanliness
Parking fee ($40) not clearly stated by Booking.com; staff came to ask when we would be checking out; yoga sessions that were “included in the resort fee” were scheduled during check out time 1030-1130 vs 11; no welcome drink “included in the resort fee” given

Very beautiful grounds with lush landscaping and fountains. The room had a balcony that overlooked a garden and it was pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of a fountain.
There was a frisbee golf course and I didn't really like the noise from people playing frisbee golf early in the morning.

Beautiful location…landscaping is gorgeous! Loved the pool food service. When I booked the it had a view of the balcony …so I was disappointed with the room across from valet parking. You can hear people talking til late. The restaurant food was good.

The staff was excellent. Very professional and thoughtful.
The property was gorgeous.
When I checked out early in the morning there was no bell hop around 4:38am.

I like the restaurants and the fountain rooms
The beds were very comfortable but they didn't have a lot of handicap. Access routes they were too long for the people to walk around

The setting is beautiful and there are a lot of nice outdoor spaces.
They seemed to be having a hard time staffing the coffee shop and as a result the hours were limited and irregular.

great location, nice property
loud guests in the next room that made it impossible to sleep. no house keeping service

comfortable room looking out into the garden
family pool was not clean looking and I was charged a $100 fee upfront but was not informed about it.
and told me it should be retuned in 5-7 business days

It has a beautiful setting. Love be the spa and services. I have wonderful memories here as a family, friends and other.
No heat the first night and was rushed to eat our dinner. Day 2 sewage smell infested our room. Brought to mgmt attention.

Nice setting, comfy beds, good beer.
Super late check in and room only available at 5:20pm, then asking for an hourly fee to stay a bit later the next day.
Bags lost for a few hours but magically re-appeared once we raised our voices.
No vegan food options at all. Overpriced with too many privileged 'important' guests.

Breakfast was enjoyable.
Check-in was not on time.
First room which was a suite was exceedingly hot with no functioning temperature controls.
Second room was not a suite but was merely a room with two queen beds. Thermostat in the room was stuck at 63 degrees.

Location was beautiful, Restaurant fantastic. Place is great for banquet room an if you're in a wedding party. Or golfing.
For someone staying just the night and not using any of the resort golf or spa or anything else wasn't worth the price point. and 32 for overnight parking even if you're a guest is a bit much. Room was average at best, heat was non existent

They had live music in the outdoor restaurant, a very nice touch. They offered us a $35.00 room upgrade, we took it. A big waste of our money. We had two huge trees in front of the balcony could not see a thing. The roon on either side of us was vacant. We could have had that room. This hotel is really over priced as it is in need of a major upgrade. It's very pretty at first glance. The golf course, according to my husband was not in good shape either. I don't know what he paid for greens fees. He didn't say.
See above.

Grounds are gorgeous. Spa services were fantastic. Rooms were very well appointed. Electric vehicle chargers available.
Most of the amenities in the spa were closed due to Covid. They didn’t tell us that before we registered. The majority of the staff were great. Many seemed not as gracious as I have experienced here in the past. The hotel was very short staffed. Anytime there was any kind of an issue (food not cooked, drink didn’t arrive, no towels or maid service, no late check outs) some staff made sure you knew how short staffed and stressed out they were. Some staff were less than friendly. There was actually a woman walking around the spa pool checking for peoples wristbands to see if they should be allowed in. It was bizarre. First of all: Paper wristbands? Second of all: Monitor with a clipboard walking around the pool asking random sunbathers “can I see your wristband?” It was…off putting. Are we at lollapalooza or a luxury hotel and spa? I have been here in the past and absolutely loved it. I plan to give this property another chance when Covid is over and the are properly staffed with people trained in hospitality.

We only liked the place
Sorry i cant give more than 1 star, i didn't have a good experience...
Place is gorgeous, and only the place worth the 5 stars, room was dusty: the countertops, the windows and the frame of the beds and behind the beds. Once you reserve charges and upgrades/packages are not explained until you see them.
First day: We get to the hotel early and since the room was not ready we decided to go to the Veranda restaurant to have lunch. We didn't have a reservation but the restaurant host took my information and advise i could go inside of the restaurant and take any table because the outside will take about 20 min and we agreed, please note half of the tables on the patio were empty. We went inside and ordered because we didn't want to wait, but because was a Saturday and we were inside, in the bar, was noisy so i went outside to ask to he host how we could get a table outside and she says she sent me a text but i never showed up, i advise her i didn't received any texts, she said that if i wanted to seat on the patio i had to place orders through their servers, i told her i wouldn't mind but i already ordered inside (keep in mind the kitchen is the same) then she answered the only tables she could offer outside were the high ones, i said no and i was ready to go inside to eat and hear everyone screaming, but decided to go back and ask for a supervisor and after talking to him we got a table.
Second day: We go to the restaurant for out breakfast and got a bill after explaining we upgraded the reservation to include breakfast, we were told that what we paid is a credit toward what we spend, which doesn't make sense because if i have to pay the breakfast why would i pay a part, so i go to the receptionist and she doesn't know how the package works, i explained to her it was an upgrade not a package the she ask for another person to explain how the package works and everything was ok.

It was a convenient location to the hospital I had to go to to have surgery in the morning.
The room was not available at the guaranteed time. The party checking us in was not very polite and was not familiar with the hotel. He told us to carry our luggage all the way through the lobby to the other end. There was parking available close to the room at the other end of the hotel. The room was dirty upon check in and shower was clogging up and shower handles were coming off the wall. Certainly not the worth $400 spent. Next time I'll go to a Quality Inn. Since that's the quality I feel like I receivedand save my money for other experiences In the area.

I don't eat breakfast but forced myself and glad I did. Had one of the omelet's (forgot the name) and green tea. It was excellent and better yet, I got to have my dog right there with me.
Nothing.
