Grand logement, très confortable, bien équipé. Personnel très gentil.
Rien!

Spacious property, large kitchen / dining area. TVs in bedrooms and lounge, 3 bathrooms and free parking.
We had to travel to another location a few miles away to collect the key, however this may have been due to the fact we booked last minute. The beds felt like they had rubber mattress protectors on and although they were not, this made the sheets "feel" damp. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. There was a light sensor in the landing which meant that you either had to have the bedroom door shut, which made the room incredibly hot if you didn't want the a/c unit on, or you had to put up with the light switching on every time you moved in the bed. Also, whilst it was fine for us, a party of 4, there was only one sofa for 2/3 people so larger groups would struggle for somewhere comfortable to sit.

This property is easy to access, since it is not downtown. Ample parking and
a short walk to Hannaford's Market and Stuart's Gas Station
Our STUDIO apartment (12) was 'fully equipped' with 2 of everything you
would need for cooking meals. It was very clean with a king sized bed and 'step-in' shower.
It's great as a base to enjoy nearby sights - Whiteface Mountain, Ausable Chasm, Mirror Lake
I have to be honest, but brief (since I emailed management with suggestions to improve unit)
This is a STUDIO Unit but was awkward and uncomfortable. Not like STUDIOs we've stayed at elsewhere.

I love how spacious the apartment is, kitchen is fully equipped to cook, it has a dishwasher which was great and helped us save a lot of time. Beds are comfortable and 2 full bathrooms for 6 people were perfect!
everything was great

Very comfortable, felt like home away from home
The bed was a little too hard for us, and the Tv doesn’t have Disney+ which was slightly disappointing. Besides that no complaints :)

I loved the convenience of the location as well as the value for the price. Completely worth the money I paid!
It was winter, there were no blankets in the room. We requested a couple from the Boutique and picked them up. The staff was very accommodating

Modern feel. Recently renovated. Very clean. Great location.
Door latch was difficult. Had to push down hard with your thumb to get the door to open.

Great size room with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Our beds were super comfortable and we'll definately be going back!
I didn't like that I had to go to a different hotel to get the key but it wasn't that far.

The cleaning fee of $80 is foolishly high. It can’t take more than an hour to clean top to bottom MAX!!

Accommodation is of a high standard with virtually everything you need for a stay in Lake Placid. High standard of cleanliness throughout and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself.
Visit was to experience the fall colours, which were exceptional in 2022. Trip was made first two weeks October.
I was overcharged by the property on departure despite twice visiting the main hotel to resolve the final payment. This has been resolved but should not have happened in the first place. Something to watch if you are staying in the Residences.

great location. clean, modern, and eat to get into town
internet could be better

Location great; minimal traffic noise. Loved the clean rustic decor. Cold A/C, 2 very nice TVs, and loved the fire pit by the stream (and that firewood was supplied).
Recently had a hip replacement and didn't realize I had to climb a flight of stairs :(
Was charged a $80.00 cleaning fee for 3 days. This was an automatic charge added to my bill . I questioned about it and staff told me it was for them to clean my unit after we departed (for the next incoming guests;)- it did not cover daily housekeeping (that was extra!!) First time ever I paid a cleaning charge when I left (And my unit was left almost spotless and staff member said it didn't matter).

Wasn't very clean - dirty glasses and very dusty
8.0
Perfect location and nice size of the apartment. It was equipped with everything that you would need. Definitely will consider in the future.
Not as clean as we would like.

Spacious apartment. Away from the congestion of the Town Center.
Something strange about the electric sockets. Some worked, some didn't. Blew out the hair dryer. #5
Checking in was confusing since you had to drive to a different location and get a key.
2.0
Nothing.
Was surprised we had to drive an extra 10 miles (20 miles total) to pick up out key. Was unhappy with several items, including ground floor window lock, being broken or missing, and their lack or responding that night. Was obvious the cleaning staff didn’t do their job or the coffee supplies would have been refilled. They also charge an $80 cleaning fee supposedly because they are classified as a summer rental.
9.0
The cleanliness and size of the rooms. Convenience to shopping and downtown.
Was not aware kitchen dish towels and new sponge for cleaning dishes not provided by Inn.
Needed to purchase our own.

all good
nothing

Very close to amenities, for example wine store, grocery store, gas station, restaurants, all within walking distance. Very short drive to downtown. Also near Jack Rabbit Cross Country Ski Trail access.
9.0
spacious clean rooms
blinds in unit were all broken except in large bedroom
7.0
location and the layout of the rooms
the pull out couch was broken and didn’t even have a mattress inside of it
8.0
space, location, ease of check in, parking
heating was tough, cold downstairs , really hot upstairs.. very hard to regulate!
2.0
I like the location, set up, design in the room.
The room was filthy, it looks like it was not cleaned properly after the previous clients. Sheets were not changed just straightened up, hair all over in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets. I called main desk, they didn't have housekeeper in the house, I asked for them to drop off cleaned sheets the next day, so I could changed it and I ask for them to mop the floor of course nobody came the next day... and on top driveway was not plowed at 7:30 ...very disappointed
