Loved how clean the room was, loved our location with the view! We had fresh cold water in the fridge when we arrived which was amazimg after a long day of travel. My husband and I felt like VIPs from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The staff were all genuinely kind and we had a WONDWERFUL time. We listened to live music in the lobby, went to the rooftop lounge with live DJ was aweome to dance and have fun. We also rode the complimentary bikes-A-Must-For-Sure! We chilled at the indoor bar area. We will 100% stay here again this summer and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time.
Only thing I would add would be a bathroom fan.

view of the ocean, the pool/ jacuzzi, restaurant food was excellent
Staff at the front desk were not friendly. They were not helpful or accommodating!

Staff seemed more interested in $ than providing services

The amenities were nice
Room was a bit dirty, guest services did not answer phone when I called, food and drink quality wasn’t the greatest. The bartenders were the kindest during the day.

Clean, right on the beach, close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and amenities. Family friendly.

Beautiful rooms, great location, nice design of spaces, friendly staff
Difficult to find spots to lay at the pool together, slow service of drinks and food at pool. The parking fee is too steep and should be included in your stay so you can just tip valet as you come and go.

The robes were a very nice touch that I didn't expect.
breakfast menu wasn't that great

Not enough pool lounge chairs for hotel guest. Charges too much for day beds and should be included for hotel guests.

The location of the property was perfect. Literally right at the beach. It was also super clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. They had nice beach cruiser bikes and there’s a wonderful bike path down the coast.
It’s probably my own fault, but I thought that the property would be more exclusive, but unfortunately, they sell day-passes to the pool. I took my teenager daughter for a quick July 4th getaway and I paid both for early check-in and late check-out so we could enjoy the facilities and it was a mad-house. No chairs left by the pool— massive families with tons of young kids everywhere.. which also left some pretty gross messes in the bathrooms outside. At first I didn’t understand how there were so many people at the hotel pool but once I got word about the day-passes I was so disappointed. I was hoping for a relaxing time and it was very chaotic and left me feeling ripped off. When I checked out I told the front desk person and she was nice enough to take the “resort fee” off my bill for one day, but considering how my vacation turned out with my daughter and I fighting for actual floor space surrounded by way too many people; instead of having a chair to lounge on at the hotel I was paying for… For the price!?! They honestly should have a mandatory disclaimer about hotels who sell guest passes… on top of TOO MANY passes for the amount of space available. Again; for the price I was thinking high-end relaxation and I had security guards checking my pool bag and making me empty water bottles like I was at a club in Vegas. Not classy at all. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

the views and the service were phenomenal
nothing

the sheet bed was with blood spots and the cover of the bed, the sink wasn’t draining, attitude of the supervisor front desk was rude.

fantastic rooms, facilities were very clean and staff were always around for any assistance. location is amazing and close to a lot of things.
the parking was a hassle. I understand parking at the beach is a lot to begin with, but valet only made it so it was a chore to get something out of my car. the price was not bad for it being $49 a night. However, now that it is valet only I feel pressured to tip the worker every time they get my car even if it was for a short out and back trip.

The hotel was great, staff was good, my only complaint is that the jacuzzi was not working properly. I paid a lot of money for one night and was excited to try the pool and spa out. It was an overcast day and the weather was a bit cooler. Hotel guests were complaining and hotel staff said they weee working on it and another hotel staff member said that there was a wedding going on and other staff was busy tending to them, we are just as important and a wedding has no concern with other hotel guests stay.

The location was perfect right across the street from the beach with a beautiful view from the pool area and our room.
One of the main reasons we went here was to hang out at the pool and unfortunately the Jacuzzi was broken and the water was lukewarm. One of the main reasons we went here was to hang out at the pool and unfortunately the Jacuzzi was broken and the water was lukewarm. We went and ate at Tanners restaurant and the service wasn’t great. Also the food was mediocre.

It was a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices.

The room is comfortable, clean and the view is great.
the service is very bad, they are greedy and stingy!
1- They have an unacceptable policy that I have to pay 45$ per night for the services and amenities, and $48 for the parking! as if I paid around 600$ per night without any service or amenities included, the point is they didn't mentioned that before arrival and just surprising me on the check in!
2-the phone inside the room was not working and I called the front desk from the whole way phone to ask them to fix it they said they will send someone but I spent the 4 days without it, so whenever I need to call the room service or to order food to the room I had to get out of my room to call them!
3- I called room service from the whole way phone asking them to get me a kettle they said they don't have, then I asked for hot water, when they get it to me they handed an invoice of $13 delivery service fees ( WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD ABOUT IT ANYWHERE ELSE ALL OVER THE WORLD, NEITHER IN FAR EAST, GULF AREA AND DUBAI, MIDDLE EAST NOR SOUTH AMERICA ) and asked me to sign it!
4- I asked the housekeeper to put me more disposable cups in the room and I tipped her to make sure she will do but she put me the regular 2 cups for the day, so when I need more I have to call the room service and pay the delivery service fees !!
4- On the check out I tried to call the front desk from the whole way phone like 3 times to send me the bellman with no answer, so I had to go down to the reception, at that moment I felt disappointed and I had to speak to them about all what I had, the receptionist apologized and offered to waive the 13$ :) as if this is the problem, I know that is all what she can do, then the front desk manager came and he was nice and did the same, but this would not make it up to me on the bad treatment I had.
