Room had a very cozy feel to it. Made the weekend stay very nice. Great room for the price. Would definitely stay here again when in the area
The wifi although being free wasn't strong enough for me to load anything on my laptop when in the room. Everything else was great

the patrons in the room next to me smoking right next to my door. I had to pass through the second hand smoke to get to my car and back.

Staff was super friendly, the room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. Mini-fridge was a good size, and there was a decent size table in the room as well. We were a group of motorcyclists using the hotel as a base-camp for 4 days of riding around the region, and we had hard rain almost every day, so we usually got back to the rooms soaked; the front desk staff offered to put our clothes and gloves in the dryer if we needed. The building has a decently deep overhang over the front, so you can sit out front of your room and stay dry, which sounds like it's not a big deal, but for us it was pretty clutch (especially when we had to work on one of the bikes, lol). Being right on Route 2 / Route 4 and near to Route 27 / Route 201 made access to different areas of the region easy, and there's plenty of gas stations, shopping, and services nearby. Also, it shares a parking lot with the Lotus Blossom restaurant, so a quick hot meal & all the rum cocktails you could want are just a 1 minute walk away.
In one of the rooms, the shower seemed pretty old, and the showerhead was at the level of my chin (and I'm not that tall). The location is also a bit tough if you want access to downtown; it's 3 miles way, which doesn't seem bad, but if you're the sort of person who doesn't like to drink & ride, you're kind of out of luck as it's really long walk and there's no taxis or ubers in the neighborhood.

Two rooms were booked for our children aged 17-14 who attended a church event in Farmington that evening. It was too late for them to drive home after the event, so we booked the closest motel to the event. Upon arrival, the motel refused to honour the reservation because no adult was present for check-in. No problem. The manager stated they would cancel the rooms. However, the motel manager was rude and unprofessional. She refused to refund the reservations, after the fact, despite not honouring the reservations. I would not recommend this hotel because of its staff and unwritten policies.

The room was way nicer than you’d expect from the appearance of the motel. Bathroom with a window!
Spacious room, comfortable mattress.
The motel appeared very run down and almost abandoned from the first outside look.
Breakfast was horrible: no coffee cups available, they were out of bowls for cereal (there was no one around to ask for more, so I roamed the drawers myself … without any success), the had oatmeal packages on offer, but no hot water. Staff toilet right next to the breakfast buffet (door was open).

There was no breakfast
The property itself needed work

The bathroom had new fixtures, paint and was clean. The room had fresh paint and was generally clean. The carpet could have been a little cleaner but that can be tough in the winter with a motel where you walk in from the outside with dirty shoes.
The outside looked very rough. I almost didn't stay. But glad I did, it was a good value. The interior of the room was what I expected for the price and rating.

staff friendly, close to amenities, value
This particular trip one of the bed was not very comfortable but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here.

Location, big room, very small tv.
Smokers outside of room on both sides. Grounds keeping and landscaping not done this year. Looks abandoned. Outside needs carpentry and painting.

Clean and comfortable. Wish there were two chairs but there was a table with 2 chairs so made due.
Nothing bad to say! Very helpful and friendly staff

Nice to have a quick breakfast before leaving. Staff was friendly.
Missing soap, shampoo. We arrived late, so we didn't ask for any. Fortunately, we brought our own.

Excellent staff. Good breakfast.
This motel needed a lot of TLC.
There were actually people living there who had been displaced from their home.

Keurig machine in the room but no K-cups, ditto in the breakfast room. Breakfast was well set up on Saturday, but not on Sunday - no bananas, cream cheese, Danish - we had to ask for everything. But thanks for the good quality teabags.
Quality of coffee, Only one side of the bed had a table. and lamp.

There’s nothing to like
First I put out the do not disturb sign, I just wanted to spend the day relaxing and this was the day after I had checked in. Shortly afternoon I get a knock on my door and it was house keeping telling me they need to do an inspection…so they come in and I was on the phone, I had to hang up so they could vaccum, they took my towels which I didn’t get to use yet and said they didn’t have any wash cloths and they would bring some back or the night crew.. never got any. i checked out the following day. i later saw a charge of $50 on my card, I messaged the property and I was told that they were informed I took 2 towels, I never stole anything. I informed them that house keeping came and never came back with any wash cloths and they needed to refund my $50. They never did… I’m beyond disgusted with this place, I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very clean and cozy
Breakfast was supposed to be included... So we woke up early and the front desk area was locked with a sign saying they stepped away for a moment. (It was 9AM and you're supposed to check out by 10) We waited about a half hour and nobody arrived. So we called the number so that we could at least check out, and they had a just slip our key through a slot. Definitely not impressed that breakfast was supposed to be included and we didn't receive it.

Nothing stands out. It was a good deal less expensive than the chain alternative, but rightly so as it turned out.
These are not complaints, just observations. Older facility in need of upgrades, but not in horrible shape. Lady at the check-in desk was very perfunctory, could not have cared less whether we stayed there or not. She asked if we wanted coffee for the in-room Keurig coffee maker. Yes, please. After a minute she produced one regular pod and one decaf, and said the cupboard was bare. Really? OK … so is there a continental breakfast in the morning? Yes, 8:00a-10:00a. Walls were pretty thin, kind of a noisy evening, but no matter. In the morning, there was cereal and a milk jug … but no bowls. Are there any bowls, please? Somebody rummaged around and found a couple for us. Overall - just didn’t seem like the owners or operators were interested in providing a truly hospitable experience for their guests. Just little things like having enough coffee pods and cereal bowls on hand would have improved our impression. It doesn’t take that much make people (us, at least) happy.
A friend we were visiting in the area had warned us, and in retrospect we should have listened.

Nothing. I woke up to no hot water. They said they were having trouble with the hot water again and couldn’t fix it. I ask for a partial refund as I paid $140 and the manager said no refunds.
Don’t stay here.
