Cost effective, cozy, great staff
Room had a very cozy feel to it. Made the weekend stay very nice. Great room for the price. Would definitely stay here again when in the area
The wifi although being free wasn't strong enough for me to load anything on my laptop when in the room. Everything else was great

it was too short of a stay.

the patrons in the room next to me smoking right next to my door. I had to pass through the second hand smoke to get to my car and back.

Simple, comfortable motor inn, great for motorcyclists passing through or using as a basecamp.
Staff was super friendly, the room was really spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. Mini-fridge was a good size, and there was a decent size table in the room as well. We were a group of motorcyclists using the hotel as a base-camp for 4 days of riding around the region, and we had hard rain almost every day, so we usually got back to the rooms soaked; the front desk staff offered to put our clothes and gloves in the dryer if we needed. The building has a decently deep overhang over the front, so you can sit out front of your room and stay dry, which sounds like it's not a big deal, but for us it was pretty clutch (especially when we had to work on one of the bikes, lol). Being right on Route 2 / Route 4 and near to Route 27 / Route 201 made access to different areas of the region easy, and there's plenty of gas stations, shopping, and services nearby. Also, it shares a parking lot with the Lotus Blossom restaurant, so a quick hot meal & all the rum cocktails you could want are just a 1 minute walk away.
In one of the rooms, the shower seemed pretty old, and the showerhead was at the level of my chin (and I'm not that tall). The location is also a bit tough if you want access to downtown; it's 3 miles way, which doesn't seem bad, but if you're the sort of person who doesn't like to drink & ride, you're kind of out of luck as it's really long walk and there's no taxis or ubers in the neighborhood.

The manager/staff is dishonest, unprofessional and rude.
Two rooms were booked for our children aged 17-14 who attended a church event in Farmington that evening. It was too late for them to drive home after the event, so we booked the closest motel to the event. Upon arrival, the motel refused to honour the reservation because no adult was present for check-in. No problem. The manager stated they would cancel the rooms. However, the motel manager was rude and unprofessional. She refused to refund the reservations, after the fact, despite not honouring the reservations. I would not recommend this hotel because of its staff and unwritten policies.

Decent, but needs a brush over and a better breakfast
The room was way nicer than you’d expect from the appearance of the motel. Bathroom with a window! Spacious room, comfortable mattress.
The motel appeared very run down and almost abandoned from the first outside look. Breakfast was horrible: no coffee cups available, they were out of bowls for cereal (there was no one around to ask for more, so I roamed the drawers myself … without any success), the had oatmeal packages on offer, but no hot water. Staff toilet right next to the breakfast buffet (door was open).

Good
The bathroom had new fixtures, paint and was clean. The room had fresh paint and was generally clean. The carpet could have been a little cleaner but that can be tough in the winter with a motel where you walk in from the outside with dirty shoes.
The outside looked very rough. I almost didn't stay. But glad I did, it was a good value. The interior of the room was what I expected for the price and rating.

This particular trip one of the bed was not very comfortable but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here.
