Perfect accommodations, immaculate rooms & friendly staff.

The breakfast was wonderful! There were 2 servers who were very aware of when food, juice, or napkins may be low. It was a real pleasure, the breakfast room was bright & beautiful as well.

A place to sleep just don’t count on anything else.

The bed’s were very comfortable. The queen room was very spacious. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Easy check-in all front desk were very pleasant.

The bedroom was mostly clean, except the bathroom had hair all over it in the tub. The toilet had to be repaired. The phone did not work in our room. I requested extra pillows and did not receive them. The pool was very cloudy when I spoke with someone, they said there was nothing they could do except tell Maintenance in the morning. Definitely could not see the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was OK. The juices were watered down. Some of the breakfast tasted stale, so we were able to have a yogurt and a bagel. When I asked for extra towels to be placed in my room, they never received in my room. Parking spots are very tight so if you have an SUV or truck there’s a good chance it’ll be challenging to get in and out of your car.

Nice peaceful stay no complaints.

The property was very clean, in a good location to the highway and work meeting, front desk staff all very nice and professional, rooms very spacious with nice amenities in the room like microwave, fridge coffee maker and bathroom amenities as well. I would stay here again and recommend to others to stay at this location. Parking was great as well no charge and easy access to my room safe and secure.

Minor was the feather pillows for the bed not the most comfortable but the king bed was very comfortable!

Great place to stay no isdsues withthis place

The breakfast was very good. We had plenty and seating was available. They have signage about the building being 100% Non-smoking. It specifically included marijuana and called out a $250 cleaning fee for anyone who smokes in the building.

Nothing! Everything was great, I wished we needed to stay longer :)

Good breakfast, hotel needs updates

The breakfast was clean and very good. I like that you needed a keycard to enter the building during certain hours

The room was dirty (had candy stuck to the rug), the pool was dirty and our ice bucket had mold in it. The elevators would shake really bad when in motion and they would adjust themselves after the door was already open. The traffic outside kept us up so I used my phone and bought a noise machine app.

It did the job

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to the Enterprise Car hire office, the Basketball Hall of fame, the MGM and the restaurants in Worthington Street were a short drive. The rooms were comfortable and , although for some it may have been limited, the breakfast did the job first thing in the morning.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. For us it did the job.

Great Location for the Basketball Hall of Fame! Nice and clean. Great to have the inside pool for the baby. Close to everything. Parking good. Very confortable solution.

For the price paid it was a poor breakfast. Expencive, very expencive, but comfortable location to visit the basketball Hall of Fame.

Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very nice.

The a/c situation was erratic. Sometimes the room was way too cold, and at other times too hot. Tried to adjust dials but wasn't able to adjust temperature. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Maintenance on the pool needs to be a priority. The water was slimy, filmy and gross. There was a hairball in it and garbage as well. It was murky and clearly not well maintained. The pool area also had no towels. I highly recommend you attend to it, as the pool was a major draw for me as I have kids, and they were disappointed and grossed out.

Excellent. Tiff at the front desk the evening we checked in was very helpful. .

Bathroom sink was clogged but we did not realize it till late. Told staff as we were checking out.
