It’s close to everything,
The storm door….. would not close and once we did get it to close, we got locked it .

The location is excellent! Steps from the beach and sunset beach. The pool is perfect. I love that it’s a small complex, only 18 units. People are very friendly. Cute condos. Updated kitchen and floor.
The bathroom was fine but could do with a little more updating

This was an awesome place to stay. It was so close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. It was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and it was stocked with everything we needed-beach chairs, small cooler and towels. Thanks to Robert and his gang for providing a great experience. Oh, and we had a pool right outside out room to use too!

It was CLEAN,good location. The beach items:chairs, towels wagon, cooler. The pool was nice. The rental company was great and helpful.
The TV remote in the living room would not work.(The box was stuffed behind the television, and it would not receive the signal.)The toilet rocked when you used it and there were something wrong with the flapper because it wouldn’t run and then stop and run then stop ,a beach umbrella would’ve been nice to round out the beach package that you already have.Real cutting Knife or Knives.

We loved the location. It is so close to the beach. The property is close to town but still secluded and private.
The beds were very uncomfortable and loud! If one of us would move it sounded like someone was breaking in! There was a washer and dryer in the complex but it costs a dollar which we didn’t mind. I just wished I would have known that it wasn’t in unit. The description says that it is.

location near beach and town
Everything was nice and clean. Reported a couple minor bathroom issues at checkout so that future renters would not be inconvenienced.

I’ve stayed here before so I wanted to stay where I was familiar with the property.
There was a terrible mildew smell when we 1st got there and it lasted a few days.

Location is great. Very clean. Perfect for two people.
The sheets on the bed were too small.

Close to the beach
The advertised address is 65 Beach road when you you look it up before booking, while the real address is different and the property view is the main road instead of the beach.
The property is an Inn like room, while the picture shown in the ad is a high rise structure looking over a private beach. The size of the property is also overestimated.
Only two towels were provided for people for the entire stay. No room service. We had to use the same towels and sheets for the entire stay.
We had to walk fir 2 miles in the scorching heat to the main office for check in. We asked the management to change the property for additional charge, but refused to do so.
Overall, our experience with this rental was very poor, compared to other rentals we used in past in different cities in the US.

The location was perfect - steps from the beach.
Nothing.

Beds ruined the entire vacation. Local residents/ owners will harass you about pool door. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and it definitely does not “accommodate” 4 people. Definitely not worth the price. Save your money
The beds
Size very small

Location, unit was updated, nice staff, bikes wagon chairs and cooler; however, neede to rent additional chairs and umbrella for beach.
Storm door didn't work. Checking in a a different location was inconvenient.

The location is perfect!! It is about 150 steps from the relatively uncrowded beach. The unit was very clean. It has a pool, that was nice.
The check in process was a bit tedious. The shower needs some work and the unit could probably use a new mattress.

Close to the beach and village.
Staff was rude, room was pretty dirty, definitely overpriced for what you get.

Steps away from the beach and not in a spot that has a lot of traffic, the hotel has a cart and chairs for the beach and towels. The pool has shade in the am and pm. It’s just 2 blocks from the siesta village as well. Management is responsive. The Bonjour Cafe was our favorite place to eat. Rentals for umbrellas are close by.Audubon Society is 15 mins away for birding.
The kitchen could use some upgrades. The apartment was small. Laundry was only one machine and dryer. The kids in the next complex smoked a lot of pot. Weekends were for college kids partying and the beaches had a lot of weddings. Overall not big things to complain about.

The location is great- right between the beach and village
The pictures online look like nicer renovated versions of the unit we received. I think we were just unlucky and got one of the units here that hadn’t been redone. Since we are traveling with a baby there are some specific things that really matter- that might not to some travelers besides it just not being as nice as the photos appear. Peeling paint on cabinets, a tv placed on top of a makeshift tv stand, broken closet door that won’t shut, etc. Our family has rented from this management company before and their properties are usually much nicer, so we were disappointed and expected much better.
Also note there is no cleaning service while staying here like we have had at their other properties, as well as no towel service.

Great location!

Nice location with an easy walk to the beach.
Older bathroom that could stand updating and cleaning. Needed to move a heavy sofa to open the only window that worked. There is one washer and dryer for this facility and the do NOT exchange towels.
