A decent hotel with a disappointing breakfast and okay at best room.

The affordability, friendly staff, and location.

The room was very small and anytime the AC was on it smelled like paint so we could use the AC during our visit. The free breakfast was also awful. A juice machine and some granola bars is not a free breakfast.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable. As a small boutique inn, it was excellent..

A bit sparse….. So appreciated the effort to provide something for guests…

Bathroom and room was incredibly small. However, since I’m a smallest person it was fine for me. Thought plus size refrigerator in room unnecessarily took up too much space.

Great location just not the cleanest if you don't like stains on your bed!

The first front desk lady was awesome. She was super kind and welcoming. The location was great for our event. It felt like a safe area and right next to the parking garage was very convenient for leaving and arriving.

When we got there, we rushed back out so I didn't notice until later at night, back from the concert, that the bedspread was stained. Right by the part I would pull to my face, there was a large stain that resembled blood. I took a picture and walked down to the new front desk lady and showed her and asked if I could have a new comforter. She was extremely annoyed as if I wanted to be bothering her and claimed she had no others and I could move rooms. We ended up moving across the hall and found another gross stain, but it was by the foot of the bed at least so just let it go. Was frustrated with her annoyance of doing her job when I just wanted a clean comforter!

We had one towel for the two of us, the comforter smelled like cologne and the included breakfast was a small box with yogurt, a bagel, fruit cup and oj My husband had to break up a fight outside between a local and a guest.

nice location

conveniently located to the United Center; area felt safe

parking. first come, first serve for a parking pass with the hotel. they recommend the parking garage next to the hotel but they are closed after 3:00 on Saturday and don’t open again until Monday. the hotel says you can still get your car out during the time, but we luckily ran into somebody working with the parking garage and she said the hotel gives people the wrong information and they close the exit gates during closed times so we shouldn’t have been able to get our car out like the hotel said. we would’ve been stuck if we hadn’t run into that parking attendant.

Location was great for United Center and great restaurants nearby

The website said there was parking, there was not. I parked in the garage and almost couldn’t get my car out until the next day. The staff said it would be fine and I would be able to get my car at any point. Luckily a security guard got me and opened the parking gate for me. If it wasn’t for him, I’d be stuck! I chose this hotel specifically for the parking. There also was a $50 fee each night that I didn’t know about. I totally get it, but I would’ve liked to know when my bill was $100 more.

overall the 2 nights I was there it wasn’t bad I will be coming back this year

very short walk to the united center for the bulls game and juice wrld event.

I’ve never had a hotel room before so idk if it’s good criticism but room felt small bed wasn’t that comfortable

The location to the United Center was very convenient which is why we chose this hotel to stay at.

The rooms were a bit small but we were only in there to really only sleep.

over all it was good.

the location

we were a group of 4 that traveled together in the same vehicle and had to pay parking for both rooms. it was an extra 50$ and my coffee machine was not clean and had hair on it.
