Great choice to stay before catching an early morning flight

Great size of the room, shuttle to the airport, the 24/7 coffee & snacks at the lobby - overall very convenient

Great for an airport layover

great for a stay over after a late arrival at O'Hare. Rooms were as expected, really comfortable bed. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very helpful and attentive

The Lades at the reception were so nice & accomodating. The ones the restaurant as well, the gentleman & the lady. The room too was clean & beds are big & comfortable.

There’s a certain smell inside the room not sure if it is te carpet.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel and will comeback!

Very close to the airport and train station, friendly staff, good gym and good facilities. Large rooms. Good view.

I couldn't make the shower to work properly between the two options. Lack of staff at breakfast and long wait for paying it.

Very comfortable with great perks like live music-bring earplugs

24 hour Starbucks, friendly staff, Flight restaurant onsite, live music onsite in the evening, liked the outer room being separate from the bedroom. We caught the free airport shuttle easily in the morning-very convenient.

The ceiling was peeling/had fallen above the shower in like a 6-inch gash, which I’ve never seen at a Sheraton Suites before. Noise from the road woke me up-so bring your earplugs. Maybe request a higher floor? Music was loud and could be heard in the first tv/living room with the door closed on the second floor, where we were.

The Sheraton was exactly what we needed for a weekend away and we will be back!

The centralized location was ideal for our weekend needs. The large suite was exceptional and made getting ready for a wedding very comfortable.

Our room was a corner suite, so there were some peculiarities that probably are a result of the location. There was no nightstand or outlet on one side of the bed. The bathroom was also exceptionally narrow, but was still great quality.

Overall pleasant and will give it another try.

We have stayed twice both times related to flights in and out of O'Hare. The location is convenient, hotel is clean and pleasant, beds comfortable.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as our first stay. I was told when I checked in that the parking would cost $5 since I was a Bonvoy member. I had not expected a charge for parking but agreed. The next morning I was charged $35 and was told by a front dest manager with a rude tone that I must have misunderstood. when I questioned again she agreed to take it down to $25. It was obvious from her tone and lack of eye contact and frown on her face that I was being a pain in her side.

Was in town to attend my aunts funeral.

Clean and neat.

No complaints just only wished that parking gates remained closed I feel like anyone was able to park there with no security.

I loved the reception and the reception staff, frankly, they were very excellent and very helpful, as well as the design of the room, its spaciousness and the services in it 😍 and the design of the hotel interior and lobby was very beautiful design and I liked it 👍🏼 I also enjoyed the gym and it was clean, sophisticated and completely sterile

8.5/10 Really nice hotel at a good price with a great location

Apart from that is was a very nice experience and very comfortable. Excellent location from the airport as well.

Rekuperacja bardzo głośna i nie da się jej wyregulować tak żeby było akurat. Było albo za gorąco albo za zimno. Nawiew był tak głośny że nie dało się spać. Stary bardzo zimne nieocieplone okna. Bardzo głośne dźwięki dobiegające z korytarza przez duże okno wychodzące z pokoju na korytarz. Fatalne śniadania w ogóle niewspółmierne do wysokości opłaty za taki standard hotelu

Excellent place to stay near airport.

Breakfast was good, though having just got back from France we found the breads and pastries rather plain and cold. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable, very clean and quiet. Personnel very helpful, efficient and polite. I plan to stay there again.
