Dont stay here.

Very close to the beach, good parking.

The hotel its self was nasty. Roaches everywhere, smell of weed everywhere (i know they cant help that, but we had small kids in our group, it smelled awful). The trash by the elevator literally smelled like it had something rotting in it. The front staff worker was rude and unhelpful. The beds were hard as a rock, the showers has zero pressure and the shower curtain was so far that water was everywhere on the floor by the time you were done showering. The staff was loud at night and kept us awake. Will not be staying here again.

No Hot Water

No hot water in the shower. I told front desk and they told me to turn it to cold then turn it back. Still no hot water then on day of check out told front desk again about hot water and was told that maintenance doesn't come in until 9am and they would send them up but nobody never came. For $286 we should have had hot water especially with my daughter with me. I'm very disappointed

No lo recomiendo en absoluto el agua de la picina pinto mi pelo verde me lo acaba de pintar ya que tenía un evento la pr

Todo estuvo mal lo único bueno de el fue el personal de reservación lo demás todo mal

El agua de picina me pinto el pelo color verde 😭,salieron dos cucarachos uno en mi cama otro en el buró ,vatallamos mucho para abrir la puerta de mi habitación todas la veces unas fueron más de 10 minutos se bloqueaban las tarjetas ,reserve con una semana de anticipación y mi habitación aún no estaba lista me hicieron esperan casi 1 hora más para poder alojarme la entrada era alas 3 y entre alas 4 pero para el cheek de salida son muy puntuales faltaban 5 min para las 11 y ya me estaban tocando que ya tenía que entregar la habitación ,aparte de eso la señora del desayuno siempre estuvo enojada a todos nos veía muy feo mala cara y se la pasaba regañándonos a todos de que no ensuciáramos el comedor

The location and clean

The floor was completely wet the whole night, I don’t know why. Difficult to sleep with the other guests on the second floor running, jumping and dragging furniture

Quick and breezy

I loved the location and the staff was super helpful.

I couldn’t check in when we first got there because the check in time wasn’t until 4 so we had to find something to do for 4 hours. And the beds were hard.

The balcony was nice!

The elevator sounded and felt like it was one too many people away from breaking down. It tried to go down with the door open.

Roaches are everywhere in the room!

Do no recommend to stay here even for free! It's a very old, dirty and worn-out hotel. We booked it for 2 nights but had to leave early because of many roaches in the room. Additionally the fridge was broken so all our food was spoiled.

The location was great since it's beachfront. It has a big room as well.

However, the room has thin walls and we heard many noises such as dogs barking and running kids above us. My husband was not able to sleep well.

Great place to stay, we will be back!

Location was great for us, we prefer to be on the less busy end of the sea wall. The price was very reasonable considering the location and balcony room we had.

The room was a little cramped trying to walk across. There isn’t a ton of space between the beds and dresser although this was more so because we also had our 5 and 6 year olds with us

Everything was great for what we paid.

Allowing other guests to play music loud at the pool. It stopped at 10 pm so we weren't that upset about it.

We loved the pool

We paid for a balcony and we couldn’t even get out to it because the door was off the hinges. We let the staff know and they didn’t send maintenance up until it was time to check out.

I liked the size of the room and the location.

The room was not very clean. There was hair on the sink and other things that at least needed to be wiped down.

Value for the money. Need upgrade.

Location. Bed was comfortable. Good to have a room with a balcony. A/C very good. Refrigerator.

Breakfast was poor, there was no cheese or no ham/sausage, no fruit, no vegetables. The hotel needs an upgrade. Water was dropping in the bathtub all the time. There was a mold in the bathroom. A hotel should have beach chairs+umbrellas for the guests. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. We had poor light in the room.
