They didn’t let me check inn until 3pm. I had arrived at location at 10am and had to kill time until than. No refunds av

Beach front location is the only plus about this place overall.

They didn’t let me check inn until 3pm. I had arrived at location at 10am and had to kill time until than. No refunds available for me to go check inn else where. Ran by Indians, it wasn’t the most professional place. Staff lives in property so you could already imagine the type of people running this place. A band-aid was left on the inside of my unit door. TV was not working and had to have it fixed up. Didn’t feel comfortable nor safe at my stay. Definitely do not RECOMMEND!

The hotel was nasty and the bedding seemed dirty. I would NOT recommend for females to stay either alone or with another girl. It's very sketchy and me and my friend were harrased twice. I just wanna throw that warning out there in case you do stay to be extremely vigilant and safe!!! Also for all of that it was not worth paying as much as we did for our stay. Spend an extra few dollars and save yourself a terrible experience.

Everything the room was nasty, smelled terrible the sheets were dirty the pillows were dirty ,a very horrible experience, we didn't even stay the night we just left it was that bad

The room was clean and had hot water. The place e is located in a great spot. I always stay here when I am down in Virginia.

Always a great stay!

It's always a great stay. Thr owner is a nice guy who makes sure that anything you need he will get, even offer yo pick me up stuff from 7-11 one morning. I have stayed here several times and has always been great. The location, staff and just everything. Thanks for making another stay great!!!

Great place and location

I like that the owner takes care of the hotel and cares about any concerns you may have. The room was very large and comfortable. I can't say anything bad. I also love the location.

Great place to stat

The location is perfect, especially for the beach. This part of the beach is less crowded. The place itself self is nice and well cared for. The owning a really nice guy and the staff have been very helpful.

Terrible Customer Service

Nada

Staff was terrible and rude. Called and was placed on "hold" for 20min, heard the entire conversation he had with another guest, that the so called Manager also treated poorly. Customer service skills are extremely lacking here.

I’d been better sleeping outside. That place was disgusting and dirty and they charge 200 a night.

There was nothing to like. It was dirty, loud, The electric sockets were so old and stripped you couldn’t even plug anything into them. Anything you try to plug-in just fell out of the socket. They only gave us two pillows for a queen size bed everything was disgusting

Good price, clean room -- but the lighting problems are a safety issue

Liked the price, the location near the beach, and easy parking, and that the listing said it was pet-friendly. Nice that there was a large refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

Did not like being told at registration that pets were not allowed, and I had to pay an extra deposit for my service dog. The room was decent enough -- except that the bathroom vanity light was on a motion sensor, and kept turning itself off. This would not have been such a problem if the ceiling light in the toilet/shower was functioning, but it wasn't. The bottom of the bed was surrounded by a thin metal sheeting that made a loud banging noise when getting near the bed with my feet.

Great stay in room 120

The staff is very nice. They let me check in early. The location is perfect. The room was clean and I had a non smoking room and it didn't smell at all like anyone smoked in it. It's across the street from the beach. Thank you for making my stay here perfect.

it’s was absolutely disgusting! cigarette burn marks EVERYWHERE. even the bathtub. it was disrespectful how much they charge for that dump. was there 20 minutes and demanded our money back.

Overall, the stay was okay. Just fix the bug issue and kitchen areas. Wonderful location.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was very close to the beach and the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet at night.

There were roaches in the bathroom and near the refrigerator. Not sure where they came from and unsure if the person next door to me who was nasty was bringing them in but I do not do roaches in my room whatsoever. I’d prefer the refrigerator and microwave be separate from the sink/bathroom areas and the place to be sprayed for bugs.
