Booked the room, no room provided upon arrival

Location. Helpful front desk staff.

Didn’t have a chance to stay here since there was no room available even though I booked it months in advance. No prior notice was given and they informed me about the inability to accommodate me right when I arrived. This is very discouraging and disrespectful. No complaints towards the lady that was trying to help me and relocate us to another hotel. Kudos to her for her help.

Everything at this hotel is very good to excellent. I will be back.

Quiet. Very clean. Quality beds. Good breakfast. This was a tidy, bright, and clean hotel.

Hair on shower walls. Everything else was exceptionally clean. I don't know how they missed this.

Nice hotel but housekeeping should occur daily, needs better quality pillows.

Nice rooms, breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly

Room should have been cleaned daily and towels refreshed. No housekeeping for whole visit. Had to call for towels and someone to get trash. Pillows are terrible and uncomfortable. This didn’t feel like a hotel stay but rather a long term extended stay which we didn’t pay for or like. Noise level from hallway and other rooms was too much.

Excellent and friendly service by everyone. Hotel and our room was nice and clean.

Location was convenient to where we needed for medical appointments. All the desk clerks were so friendly and pleasant when answering our questions. The desk clerk even helped us with ordering food. The breakfast was excellent and the person handling it was friendly. She wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything else. She greeted us with a smile and Good Morning.

I cannot think of anything that we did not like.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Room was very clean.

In order to get to the hotel you need to go up a steep little hill which scrapped the bottom of my car. The hotel is not very well marked, you have to drive though several parking lots to get there.

It was ok. Distance to major road and baseball fields was good.

The refrigerator did not work but I reported to front desk. We stayed only one night so I didn’t bother to have it replaced. There was no kleenex in the bathroom. The plastic bags for the trash containers were not setup in the trash containers. We had to do it ourselves. The hand and face towels were not good quality.

Excellent Breakfast. The breakfast at this Fairfield Inn taste much better than the Starbucks ‘Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites’ The Coffee is also really great. It is fresh brewed coffee. It does not leave a bad smell in the mouth.

We loved it and can’t wait to come back next year.

The breakfast was PERFECT and the location was excellent we were only 12 minutes from our family house. Everything was great the pool was cold but that’s fine too and the room was great we had more than enough room to accommodate but other than that we can’t wait to come back and stay.

There’s nothing not to like here. We didn’t have any problems at all. My family and I loved it
