Location and property setting were awesome. I look forward to staying there again.

There is no daily housekeeping which would have been appreciated since I was there for 5 days. Also, covered walkway to where pool, and jacuzzi would have been great.

Quiet, clean and restful.

North Colony Motel was easy to find and super-well maintained. On arrival, it looks like an old-style motel along a rather busy road on the way to North Conway. However, along the entire front of the building, there is a glassed-in porch which shelters the rooms from any road-noise. Our room was quiet and our stay was wonderfully restful.

About a 15 drive to restaurants...just plan ahead if you're hungry.

The room was exactly as advertised. Clean and neat. Good size bathroom. Water pressure great. Room was quiet. Great outside area that is front of your room for sitting. It is enclosed, so no bugs!

My stay was clean, fun and relaxing!!!

the property was exceptionally clean, which is HUGE when traveling. Owners were efficient and accommodating and the play area and pool were fantastic!

It’s really hard to dislike anything about the property. if I was forced to pick something, maybe the pillows cld have been more comfortable; but again this is digging.

We would easily choose North Colony Motel again

This place is exactly what our grandchildren needed after a 4hr+ car ride.They were able to head right over to the fantastic play area to burn off some energy.The owner was pleasant even after our late arrival.Ours rooms were clean and sufficient .Their picnic tables worked out great for our take out dining and we finished up with smores by the fire pit after a fun day at Storyland ( only 10min away).

Would absolutely stay again

Staff was great, playground available to kids was amazing and had a wide variety for all ages. Pool was clean and there was a fire pit with plenty of seating. Close to road but still quiet, very close to story land. Easy to find. Rooms were VERY clean and each had a Roku available which was nice to have Disney for the kids.nice updated bathroom. Had a slight musty smell when we turned on the AC. That was our only complaint

It is a family owned motel, and tjey did everything extra asked. Always available and helpful. Also, the children playground was amazing! They have tables outside and a firepit.

Convenient location, quiet, quaint, and absolutely spotless. Towels were very white and soft!

The room was spotless! All the amenities expected in a chain hotel were at the North Colony. The location was very convenient for all the sights we visited. Staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us find restaurants in the area.

The only problem we had was the sink was slow draining. It wasn’t a big deal for us so we waited til we left to mention it.
