No nice room with comfortable bed and fluffy towels. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the lobby area visiting with other guests.

The room size was adequate for our family of four. We traveled with our two adult daughters and everyone had room to stretch out and relax.
The window in our room looked out over NOTHING! The view consisted of cinder blocks all the way past the top of the window. Any room on the bottom floor in the back of that building had this view which was horrible since the mountain views every where were incredible. Also, the breakfast was expensive.

It was in a fantastic location - so close to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park and white water rafting. The hotel's outdoor space was lovely with a fireplace and comfortable chairs to take in the view. The pool, hot tub, and game room were hits with my kids. The free on-site laundry was super helpful! The town of Gardiner, MT is super friendly and cute! Thankfully the hotel offered coffee as the market and coffee spots in town do not open until 7a! :)
It was loud(ish) at night sometimes as it was close to the highway - mostly early night when we were getting to sleep. There was a "casino" (which I take as a video poker kind of place) and small cabins just north of the part of the hotel we stayed in. People were smoking outside of one of these locations and smoke was pulled directly into our room by the A/C unit. The restaurant was pricey for the odd selection of food - like meatloaf and chicken pot pie. I don't know if it was good as we chose other options in town.

Loved the attention to detail. Walking sticks, binoculars, s'mores and laundry detergent provided. Staff at the front desk were exceptional. Provided every bit of information we needed. The fireplace touch was relaxing to the senses.

I injured my knee pretty significantly on our way to Gardner. We were told on arrival that our room was upstairs, with no elevator — which would have been nearly impossible for the 2 days we were there. The manager on duty went into action and shuffled things around so that we had a first-floor room just off the lobby — making life much easier for all of us!
The property is somewhat dated. Coffee was great and plentiful, but a bit of a breakfast option would have been welcome. The outdoor fireplace was nice, as was the wildlife viewing!

The Ridgeline was perfect for our stay in Gardiner. Great location to enter Yellowstone park plus we had a beautiful view of the river and mountains beyond. Not in the center of town but close enough for us to walk to restaurants and stores. Plus a bonus is that we saw a number of elk right in the center of town and on the hillsides.
Didn't care for the extra charge for the use of the pool, hot tub and room with a firepit.

Excellent hotel that really went above our expectations and provided some great complimentary features, such as free laundry facilities (and powder and dryer sheets), games room for the kids (Xbox, air hockey, pinball), s'mores.... Pool is great, a nice big door opening to the hot tub.

I left my Apple Watch in the room and I called later that day and they said the house keeper turned it into the fest. I was well into Yellowstone when I realized but was ending my trip at the same hotel. The desk agent said enjoy your trip and pick the Watch up on your return. Amazing. Property is perfect start for a Yellowstone grand Teton loop. Staff went out of there way to make you stay enjoyable. Highly recommend

Good location, good amenities, friendly staff
The associated restaurant could be a little better, especially breakfast.

The check-in process is too slow. We’ve waited for 30+ min.

Firepit outside, proximity to the breakfast place (different business)
Super expensive for low quality: Wi-Fi not working anywhere within the establishment (not in the room, nor in the common areas); on the second day, after the room was supposedly cleaned, we found the toilet trash bag abandoned on top of our belongings; the trashcan bag from the bedroom was not collected. No breakfast available.

Nice views at the Ridgeline. An outside fireplace tonend your day right.
Expensive but it’s probably everywhere expensive since it’s the „gate to Yellowstone“.

Loved this property. Had to make reservations here because Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel delayed their opening. This was the best decision we made!! Wonderful stay and cute town!!
Nothing I disliked.

breakfast isn't included in the rates but they serve breakfast in the restaurant next door. It's 17 dollar a head and quite disgusting, a buffet with a lot of almost cold stuff, the sausages are carton style and nothing really tasted good so we only went twice.
the long queues on check in, they were very full and check in starts at 4 PM, if you get there between 4 and 5 be prepared to wait almost an hour.

Hotel with an awesome view. They included binoculars which was awesome to check out local wildlife. Nice clean rooms with plenty of pillows. Rooms were cleaned each day. It was quite and easily accessible.
Parking sucked. Wasn’t always guaranteed and I actually fell in the parking lot trying to find a spot. Also no breakfast and the breakfast they recommended up the road was awful. Not their fault obviously.

great location - wonderfully renovated property- super comfortable beds - pet friendly
hot tub being remodeled but compensated with pass to hot springs - a little bit pricey for a standard 2 queen room.

We left the hotel at 5:30 am. They had good coffee in the lobby and a to-go breakfast for us which included a granola bar, donut, yogurt, and apple.
The front desk clerks, morning and night, were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large. Beds were comfortable.
