Friendly staff, great ambience

Good breakfast options, friendly staff, great ambience. Very clean!

The gym/game room was under maintenance. The veggie options for breakfast were limited. Would have been useful to have some potatoes/fruits.

All good with excellent customer service.

The young guy working on Reception was excellent - very helpful, even offering me his own phone for me to make a local call when my UK phone was playing nicely. As always its the quality of your staff that get you the great reviews or not.

Breakfast was great, the location is only 5 mins away to the North Entrance and we got a free upgrade of our room.

Great place, loved the decor, kids loved the game room, good restaurant and bar in hotel, comfortable beds.

Room was a bit hot even with ac on high.

The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was hot. Parking was ample. Close to Yellowstone North entrance.

The foosball table had broken parts and made it hard to use.

Room and property were very nice and clean

The town is still recovering from flood disaster. So it was like a ghost town. So sad, hope they have a great year next year.

A great stay even after the flood

The hotel told us about the flood and the park entrance being closed,which I think is very decent. We didn't cancel and had a great time. Our room was large, breakfast very good, there is a games room with board and video games, table tennis and a soccer table,a guest laundry and a gym, that was more than we had expected.

Real cutlery instead of the plastic one at breakfast would have been nice.

Overpriced

The beds are quite comfortable. The location is easy to find right on the main street in Gardiner.

Most of the hotel facilities such as the bar and grill are out of action, which renders the high room occupancy rate currently being charged totally unreasonable and unjustifiable. This is not the best option in Gardiner.

It was standard breakfast - server was very nice.

We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and bar. They closed the restaurant and bar Saturday and Sunday over Memorial weekend! Extremely expensive stay for just a room.

Most comfortable bed ever!!! and super cool vibe

possibly the comfiest bed we have ever stayed in! really nice staff, good gym, great vibe, cool location (opposite the amazing Rusty Nail dive bar!) - would absolutely stay here again

honestly not really anything. breakfast was what you would expect for a motel-style hotel, but no complaints! (the bed was far too good!)
