overall the inn was nice, would have liked to have my room cleaned during my stay

the staff was very friendly, the facility was well kept, nicely decorated, nice breakfast with options, good coffee bar available anytime with tea and hot chocolate beautiful pool area, gym… laundry room available for additional fee

I didn’t know they only offered cleaning after 3 days… our trip was for an extended weekend so that wasn’t helpful. when I called the front desk to ask for fresh towels/supplies, empty our trash, etc…she said she would send someone the following day for a “refresh”… we left for the day, and when we returned that evening, no one had showed up to empty our trash or bring towels… so I ended up going down to the pool to get towels, and had to ask one of the housekeepers in the hall for toilet paper… the trash stayed full our entire trip…and dishes left unwashed in the dishwasher because only one dishwasher soap was provided. when I call again on the day of check out, the front desk associate apologized and said she would let her manager know…but there was nothing done

Breakfast was hot and plenty, room was larger than expected, staff were friendly and very willing to serve us in whatever way they could.

Great experience from the hotel, food and shopping close by.

I really enjoyed that the hotel was off the strip not in such a busy area and close to the shopping locations as well as the strip.

I would have expected the halls to be cool with AC and for a jacuzzi.

The grounds, front office, stair wells, hallways were very clean. The orange juice was amazing😁

The furniture in our room was soiled. There were stains on the carpet, kitchen chairs and sofa. Trash cans are too small.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at.

The staff was amazing, welcoming and so nice. The room was so much more then I expected. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of room for my family of 6. The room had its own kitchen with all the amenities. The pool was amazing even in February when the outside temperature was only 69 degrees the pool was heated to 85 degrees and my kids loved it. And breakfast was AMAZING my entire family side this was the best breakfast of any hotel we ever stayed at and I couldn't agree more. Thank you for such a clean beautiful well maintained property. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Las Vegas we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for making our stay amazing. P.s. we were there for the Pro Bowl February 5-7 2022

Very satisfied and would stay here again.

The room was exceptional. Breakfast was suspended because of the pandemic. The location was a bit out of the way but not excessive. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The pool was too cold to stay in for anything more than a few minutes at a time. Other than that our stay was very nice.
