Bed too soft, TV difficult to figure out and use, a real pain, very steep stairs to second floor, no one to assist with luggage...
see above

Very Close to shops and beach area
Was very expensive for the room, and for the price should offer breakfast, cleaning staff didn't clean the sheets on the bed was a huge stain on comforter, fire alarm went off at 1:00 am and we had to evacuate for an hour was told someone was taking a hot shower.. . Next morning no compensation for being interrupted at all. It's a nice place and I've stayed there in the passed but I think that's my last time

Porch, live music, restaurant.
Showers are very sensitive. Potential to set off fire alarm.

The Room was clean, this was our 7th time staying at this Hotel. First time in a room on the ground floor. Next time will not get a room on the first floor, too noisy.
Its location to the center of town, really great!!!

Great location! Nice decks and bar, friendly staff, parking included.
We didn't have the best room in the place, but can't complain because we booked late.

We visit Elaine’s often in summer, but first time staying over. Went for Valentine/Super Bowl weekend. Great, attentive staff!

The owners and staff were extremely personable and professional. They made us feel not only comfortable but like we were family and they engaged with all of their customers. They keep the hotel spotless! Every meal we had was delicious including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Additionally, the full service bar also served food and the bar staff were attentive and friendly. Moreover, there was quality entertainment on both nights of our stay.. Will definitely be staying with them for future get aways... They create a very relaxing atmosphere.
Not applicable as we loved everything about our stay.

Location was great we stayed an extra night

location was very good, close to shops etc…
someone parked in our parking spot and the staff never got them to move so I was worried about my car not being in a designated spot
4.0
it had everything. restaurant and bar which is unusual for a B&B
our room was adjacent to the outside bar

Restaurant offerings were quite good. We ate breakfast and dinner and the staff and food were both good. The location of the hotel is ideal, close walking to shopping area and beach. Parking was provided by room number.
The new wing of rooms is not of the same quality of the existing older rooms. The new room seems somewhat "Sterile" in that there wasn't any chair or drawers to store clothing and nowhere to set the suitcases. There is also no door to separate the sink area from the sleeping area. No place in the shower room to place clothing or towels except for a single hook. Just isn't the same as one of the older cozy rooms.

Elaine’s is in a great location with easy assigned parking on their property. We were greeted by Joan upon arrival who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. They have a delicious bar and restaurant which was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our bartender Sandy took great care of us and was super friendly as well as everyone else on staff. The cleaning team does an amazing job- we have never stayed anywhere this spotless. We loved everything about Elaine’s and look forward to our next visit.

Breakfast and location was terrific. Entertainment in the evening was a bonus. The staff was pleasant and helpful
The rugs in the hallway were dirty. You could see they were not old but need to be replaced with a darker color. The bed was extremely high and needs a smaller box spring.
4.0
Location of hotel (room) is close to most Cape May attractions. Staff was pleasant.
Room : Bed pillows way to soft. Plumbing in bathroom not strong to support 'normal' flush use. Food prices $$$. Breakfast NOT included with every room.

Good food
More information on seating for dining, liked breakfast on the porch.

The breakfast was great. The bartenders out front were excellent. Room #15 is beautiful.

Not much, property was not as expected, renovations appeared to be halted, and the old building materials were laying around among the new construction material that appeared to be laying there for a while. The amount paid was more than I would have paid if I knew about the property. The staff was the best thing they had going.
mostly everything, It is a bed and breakfast but because we booked via booking .com the breakfast was not included. the property was in disarray. I would not go back there.
