This hotel was in a great location, with restaurants on site, and easy access to the beach.

The location and pools.

It was a decent stay, somethings/procedures need to be addressed and changed.

I liked how it had optional pools, private beach access, security around the facility checking bands

The elevators are TERRIBLE, 30 minutes to get on an elevator to get to our room. Check in process was HORRIBLE, I was there for 2 hours trying to check in because they said I owed additional fees, when in fact it was already paid for. AND…. they do not supply you with anything, when I asked someone in the lobby for a trash bag she told me the hotel doesn’t supply you with anything, you have to bring/buy your own things… inconvenience considering that wasn’t mentioned during booking or checkin

Not the best- Wont stay again.

The main pool was great. The Wharf restaurant was amazing and delicious! The view of the lake was also very pretty!

The beds were horrible! You could hear and feel the springs pop when you laid down. Our room smelled horrible, like wet dog when we first walked in. When we arrived there was no clear directions of where to park or where to even go. No parking pass was left in our room for us- i texted for this issue and they advised me to speak with hotel security- when attempting to speak with them they didnt have time to get me a pass because they were dealing with a local drunk. So we gambled with not having a pass for the night til the next morning. I had no direction of how to get to any of the pools on the other floors. No information for the stores or restaurant that was on the property. The main reason we booked this property was because of the kiddie pool area. Once we finally found it, half of the objects in the kiddie pool area didnt even work, slide was closed down and broke. Wasnt advised of this either. Our room was on the South side of the building but we had to park in the North tower which was a VERY long walk. Not to mention I wasnt able to get help with a luggage carrier because guest services werent available upon the time of arrival. We most likely wont be back to this property. Wasnt worth the money spent.

Great location

The condo was ran down. Need to be repainted. Cleanliness was a major issue. Master bathroom smelled of urine. Sand was all over floor from previous guest. We will not stay again! Kept telling us they was coming fix the WiFi and never showed up for 6 days.

Easy convenience to amenities and the beach

Mattresses had holes where you sunk to the ground. Not just one but all of the beds. Several friends staying in different units had the same issue with dishwasher seals leaking and flooding floors. Long waits for elevators and very over crowded. You are only allowed to park in the north parking garage, so if you are on the south end like we were prepare to walk half a mile then wait another 10-15 minutes for an elevator.

The condo was fantastic! It was amazing having the convenience of home while on vacation. The view was awesome also!

The beach access was a little frustrating because it was on the complete opposite side of our room so it was a bit of a hassle to carry everything a good 15-20 minutes to the beach.

Front desk was rude. Towels had hair that wasn’t our color hair . The bunk bed was not clean under the cover. Oven didn’t work. Not enough trash bags
