We were made very welcomed from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Without question, our check in person was very polite and, made our sleeping accommodations more manageable by hearing to our needs.

I had asked for extra towels for all of our rooms before confirming the reservations. Once at the hotel, I asked again and was kindly told that someone would deliver them, if they were not already in the room. I checked the room, no extra towels, the next day before starting my day I came across the housekeeping manager and I proceeded to ask again about the towels. Needless to say, I was met with unfriendly responses; however, upon returning to my room the towels were there for my room only. My fellow family members decided to make do with the towels that they had. Even though we did not have such a simple request met, over all our stay was restful, peaceful and blessed.

I had requested a quiet room upper level well we got the upper level but it sure wasn’t quiet with the noise of the highway traffic all night. Breakfast, no hot waffles or pancakes, the packaged waffles had super clumps, the scrambled eggs were to salty. Just wasn’t very good.

I will never stay there again and would advise anyone else against it.

It was conveniently located. The staff was very friendly for the most part.

I was not at all happy with the room. One of the bathroom lights were out making it next to impossible to put on makeup. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only an empty container. The beds were made VERY SLOPPILY. The refrigerator had no freezer and kept soda lukewarm. I was afraid to eat the yogurt that I had brought along because of this. I had to add a couple extra days to my stay (we had 2 rooms) and I was appalled that we were charged more than the original amount quoted for each extra day. So we were charged same amount for days 1 & 2, day 3 we were charged more(over $20+) and even more for day 4 (another $20+).

the room was very nice

When I went to check in there wete 2 associates at the desk and neither one of them greeted me. I stood waiting to be acknowledged. I then got my room key and it wasn't as described in the booking information... I walked back to the desk to explain and the young lady made me feel horrible. "She said well those rooms are never booked at that price. I was in shock at her tone and just ready to say forget it at this point.

Convenient to several restaurants, shopping and easy access to roads for our family events. Stsff very friendly and help

It was a great location on the beach, we enjoyed the view.

We were in room 221, and it was right next to laundry, and the stairs to the beach, we could feel the heat from the dryer. The stairs were right in front of our balcony, so everyone using the stairs and hose were right there in front of us🤬

It was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Clean, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast food was very nice.

The room above my room was noisy. Something or someone was banging on the floor. Kept waking my daughter.

the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite! the room was very nicely kept, clean and comfortable!

no dislikes but would be great if they had a indoor hot tub available

My stay was alsome

The breakfast was not on time at all times. It will be nice to separate anything pork from non pork since most people don’t eat pork.

I could not eat the turkey sausage because it was mixed with the pork sausage.
