Large, comfortable and clean room, quiet location close to the riverfront with many things to see and do, friendly staff, very nice free breakfast!
The only hotel parking option is valet for $50/night. There is public parking a few blocks away for half the price though.

Great location, friendly staff, great choices for breakfast. My room was cozy and the cleaning staffed cleaned it everyday. Bar staff was nice tried some good and it was good and the prices were fair. Pool was a bit small but it's indoor so can be used year around, rooftop garden has nice views and my room had a nice view.

Me encantó la habitación súper cómoda y limpia. Estába equipada con todo lo necesario para la estadía y el desayuno era variado.
No tenía estacionamiento.

Location was great. Property was nice, room type was great. Breakfast had many options and was a good value. Staff were very nice and attentive.
Parking $55- but this is normal for the area and it is nice to have your vehicle secured. You do get in and out. There is a pool- but no hot tub, that would be nice.

Breakfast, room was bright and had a nice view, location by the river
Uncomfortable sofa bed, some unhoused people around , much much better than downtown

I didn't have breakfast
When we checked in, dishes were dirty inside dishwasher the net from the window was out, the sleeping sofa was tear, there were bread crumbs inside one of the dish pan... really upset, we couldn't use dishes at all because everything was dirty 😕 really upset about everything...

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of lighting with a beautiful view of the city. The bathrooms went beyond my expectations, clean, roomy, and filled with enough towels and supplies to last me for my whole stay! Absolutely comfortable bed!!!
I had hung up a "please do no disturb" door knob hang tag on a Saturday morning. In the middle of my last night staying in my room, there was a small group of people that loudly banged on my door. I heard some of them laughing, I think they were drunk. I didn't get up because I was too tired, but they sounded rude and obnoxious. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself because I understand that the people were also staying somewhere in the hotel and were not staff.

The room itself was very nice
Spacey and convenient.
The bar and food service was so-so...
Breakfast was the badest one I ever had.
Overall cleanliness to be reviewed
Had to park the car in a street!

The staff was professional and pleasant. The location and security of the hotel was important.
The microwave needs an upgrade. Not having free parking.

Ample variety of breakfast foods. Some danish could have been offered.
Couch with sofa bed should be pressure cleaned from time to time. Corners need more vacuuming and newer pillows should be purchased. It would be nice if a full length mirror was installed.

It would have been nice if there was a parking garage for those who would prefer not to pay $45 per day for valet parking.

Clean, comfy, great staff, great location
No cheese nor ham/turkey at breakfast.
No pressure in the shower.

Downtown is in the name, but it isn’t located downtown

Nice, well-appointed extended stay suite with a city view. Friendly staff. Within a couple blocks of the Riverwalk that includes shops, restaurants, and gardens. Lots of breakfast choices. We used valet parking but there are parking garages and on street parking nearby.
The couches were a bit uncomfortable and, although being able to turn the TV around from living room to bedroom in the nook between the two rooms, not having a solid wall made it impractical, due to noise, to watch tv if the other person was sleeping. That would be expected in a standard hotel room but this was a suite..

I Liked how clean the rooms were.
I kind of wish people was stopped using COVID as an excuse. If you're short staff, that's because people are lazy if you're fired broke, it's because it didn't get fixed.

very clean and convenient to OHSU. nicely done bathroom and had fridge and microwave. walkable to restaurants
the room was pretty small

The property was in a nice area, what I especially liked was right In front of the hotel was a street car stop. it was great for going to and from the college and the surrounding down town area.
Not really a place for street parking and valet charges according to the size of your vehicle. Larger SUV will cost a little bit more.

Good clean hotel, comfortable room, generous breakfast included.
Location looks a bit deserted, but River walk with restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

It would have been nicer if breakfast hours during the week could have ended a little later.
