Super convenient location near the airport. Breakfast was the best we’ve had and we’ve booked some hotels over the past few months. Clean. Great bathrooms. Don’t let the gas station next door throw you off guard. Was a great place to stay.
Nothing!

We loved the convenience of everything being so easily accessible. When we checked in the staff was super friendly! He greeted us and was reassuring about the security and parking and provided great service.
The booking listing states that check out is at 11:30 but we were called at 11:06 and asked if we were staying another night. To our surprise checkout was actually at 11:00! The front desk gave us until 12:00 but upon us checking out at 11:38 the front desk attendant was very short and seemingly frustrated with us. We thoroughly apologized for the situation but she was just very unfriendly.

Wifi en bed waren goed
Meer een truckers verblijf. Veel rumoer en grenzend aan een tankstation. Geen aanrader

Good value for a clean room, with a sorta breakfast thrown in.
The blankets and the AC conspired for 2 bad nights' sleep. The cover did not breath and the AC kicked on only after the room got too hot, so we were constantly throwing the blanket on and off.

The property was very clean with lots of amenities right there. I loved the room.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Breakfast
TV was not working in my room and no staff fixed it.

I booked at the Portlander because of price, proximity to PDX, reviews and the fact that I arrived late and they have a convenience store on site and I knew that I would want to have something to eat when I got to the hotel. Also, since I arrived after their shuttle driver had left for the night they paid for an Uber ride for me.
Can't think of anything

clean, comfortable room
prices in the adjacent food shop were exceptionally high. Some confusion by staff re shuttle service to PDX. In the end it worked fine.

Very sentric near airport

The upgrades and the comfortable room. Staff was professional..
The elevator was out of service, personally I thought a bigger discount should have been applied. For the inconvenience of no elevator, especially when you have 4 flights of stairs to go up.
4.3
It was in a safe place
It was very over priced for what we got. There was No free breakfast no coffee in the lobby and the WiFi sucked and same for phone service. I also found toe nails on my floor and stuck food.

This place becomes better and better. it is always quiet and peaceful and clean. we stayed here 3-4 times during the last 3 years. and I see how they improve the quality of service.

Was not allowed to rent a jacuzzi room because we live in Portland. We are remodeling and tired with sore muscles, and thought it would be nice to get a room soak and relax, but because we live local, they would not rent us a room. We went to La Quinta and got a much nicer room with a jucuzzi for the same price!

Cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and Therese! staff was great! the food at the grill was really good too. Some may see this as a truck stop but if that is the case then it is an exceptional one. Kudos to the Jubitz family for maintaining this property!

It was very convenient for my work that week. The staff was very friendly and there is a deli on site as
well as a restaurant. My room was clean and had a coffee service, microwave, small refrigerator and was very comfortable

like the jacuzzi tub in the room.
while taking a shower and all of a sudden got a hot water for about 5 seconds and changed back to the regular settings. and another one was there was this water leak and dripping onto the jacuzzi tub from the ceiling that has a patch on it and reported it to the front desk on the way checking out.

Large room with big spa tub.

the room was great and the price was awesome
the room smelled funky when we arrived

Nice room.
You're weird 45 MI rule. Why does the ponderosa advertise your services for attending music events when you have this weird 45 mile rule? That shouldn't be made clear in the advertising through ponderosa.

We love the comfort of the beds, and the soundproof rooms. We like that the restaurant is open late, and the convenience store, bar and gas station are onsite.
We did hear someone stomping around upstairs early in the morning.
