Clean facility, Good Breakfast, Good Location
Arrived little before 4pm. Room was not ready until after 7. Was told it would be 40 min when I arrived and would receive a call. 2 hrs pass and No Call. I call and Rep Sonya said it would be a few minutes, would call me back and hung up while I was still talking. Waited 30 min still no call. Called back and immediately put on hold 3Xs. Called from another number and call immediately answered by Sonya. When I asked to speak to management she rudely asked “who is this”. I surmise she was upset became I called from another phone/ at this point she was well acquainted with my voice. I asked again to speak to management and she asked me again “who is this” and treated me as if I was inconveniencing her and bothered that I was inquiring about my room again. She gave phone to someone else who was very kind and helpful. I was traveling with my 6 year old daughter and it was an inconvenience to have to wait and to receive rude treatment and feel as if I was an inconvenience and wrong for inquiring about my room. When I initially arrived Sonya told me that she had just started working 2 weeks ago when I inquired about my room.

The entire staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The valet folks: Jay, Levi, and Victoria as well as the mustached young man were amazing. Thank you for making our anniversary stay so pleasant. The breakfast was good and had nice selection for free. The woman who managed the food area was also very friendly. Hats off to the staff.

Location was great.
A bar or lounge would’ve been great.
We had a flight the morning we checked out at 5am we did the app for valet for ease and when we called for our car 30 mins ahead of when we should’ve left for it to be there it wasn’t! Took another 30 mins for staff to find the someone to get us our car. Which in turn caused us to be way behind and ALMOST miss our flight. We didn’t but they closed the doors 5 mins after we got on and we were the last people! Front desk seemed annoyed we kept asking when and where they were. We even offered to go get our own car!
Valet guys throughout our stay were amazing and attentive the entire time.

The location was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the waterfront.
Hotel and room was clean. Room was quiet despite being next to the elevator.
Staff very friendly.
You cannot park on the main road; you have to park in an alley-type driveway. The hotel had a moving company onsite to move furniture for renovations - very confusing were to park to unload the car.
The hot breakfast food was not very good - stick to bagels, muffins, cereal.
The bathroom was not amply supplied; upon arrival had to track down cleaning staff.

the price was best for the area, the staff was friendly
the water didn’t get hot, it was a little dingy

Offer parking as part of price charge per room. No charge extra for valet parking

The staff was very nice. I loved the location of the hotel. Also, I appreciated the freshly baked cookies.
Room could have been a little cleaner.

Being dishonest about the parking and the expensive charge to park there while the nights that you stay, The extra ballon price of parking👎🏽

Walking distance to places of interest. Beautiful city!
Parking!!!! A little pre-arrival instructions would have been nice. Not unexpectably, very expensive!

Chambre spacieuse (pour 5), qualité literie, emplacement parfait pour faire Savannah à pieds, personnel, très bon rapport qualité prix
Petit déjeuner peut être plus varié, parking avec valet 35 dollars

It was in a nice location, it wasn't terribly loud, the staff was amazing. There was a public park place within walking distance from the hotel. River Street was also within a comfortable walking distance.
The card machine broke and the (wonderful) employees had to run to everyone's room and open those door for them. They were working way to hard

Very clean and overall good experience!
Location was good, just think all around this area of Savannah is just okay. Came in middle of the week so maybe more lively during the weekend

The size of suite was very convenient traveling with spouse and adult child.
Possible night light in bath could be a good touch.
Set up for walk in shower, wherever we have stayed, does not seem to drain properly without wetting large part of bathroom floor leading to using bath towels to soak up excess shower water to avoid a very slippery wet floor.
Making sure enough coffee cups are available.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was ideal for our needs.
Pool wasn’t clean at all and no towels available either. Only disappointing aspect!

The overall area, looks like a very high crime scene.

Spacious comfortable rooms and location good
We were required to pay for valet parking to keep our car at the hotel; we didn’t know this before we arrived and have always had free parking at other hotels.

Everything… this was our first trip to Savannah, GA and want to say, the people working in every department are extremely talented and passionate about what they’re doing. Incredible valet guys, front desk personnel, room attendants, food service workers. Breakfast was the biggest surprise with the biggest continental breakfast choices I ever seen. Great Job with the Concierge, pretty sure her name may be Lisa, but had a blast talking with her. Every one there deserves a bonus for a job well Done but the one minus is the tiny pool, I would change that to a secret garden to enjoy a glass of wine, with twinkling lights and history of Savannah and showcase artifacts. We wanted to swim, pushed open the door and never stepped one foot inside the bath house. That pool would look super cute in my backyard but provides the only disappointment we felt from your hotel. Price was the most I ever spent to stay anywhere but said what the heck, and realized it was well worth it! Thank you for your hospitality and wish I worked my career in an environment like that. KMG

The location was excellent for the walk over to the Civic center.
The price was high for the location. Having to pay $35 for parking and not knowing the price ahead of time wasn't nice. And not being told that there was construction going on when I made my reservation wasn't good either. I was awakened by the noise at 5am. The booths in the dining area were in bad shape. The seats were ripped and old. I would have expected to see better quality for the price.

The hotel was amazing
The night front desk was very rude. I didn't have a shower curtain either.

Good breakfast, clean room, water dispenser in the property,
Location is far away from river boat docks - about 20 min walking.

Easy parking, safe near places we wanted to visit.

The location was not the best area. It was surrounded by vagrants and smelled like urine. There was hair from a previous stay on our bed sheets. Wierd smell in our room. Not the best for the price we paid.
Cleanliness and location

The hotel was exceptional in every way. Our room was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the large walk in shower and the
space it afforded. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything that you could ask for. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
There is nothing I can think of that I didn't like.
