Great location and great time!

The location is fantastic! The breakfast is a nice touch and is decent enough for a quick grab before heading to the beach. Room was fine - ours was hard to get to the AC unit due to the table in the room but still just what we needed.

Not sure there is anything to be done - only things that could be nice is we had 4 people in one room and the shampoo and items like that were never replenished - not a big deal though - just the only thing I could think to "change"

Great stay, worth the price and views!

The property was small and located next to the boardwalk. It was extremely convenient to the beach. The rooms were so comfy and I loved that our balcony was literally over the front door.

It was lovely and we plan to stay here whenever we come again.

It was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff was kind, and we especially loved how close it was to the ocean.

The complimentary cookies in the evening were very nice, but they disappeared very quickly. They are served in the lobby from 8:00 pm until gone. Our first night there we went to the lobby at 8:15 pm and the cookies were already almost gone. I’m not sure if they don’t make that many or if guests take more than they should per person, but I wish you had longer than a 15 minute window to get your complimentary cookie.

STAY. HERE.

The staff was super friendly. The manager gave us some extras to compensate for a mishap in time we had with an event we were attending. They really treated us exceptionally well. I’d highly recommend this property.

We will be going back to Beach View Hotel! Can't wait for next year!

We liked the convenience of the location, the cleanliness, and the hot breakfast. It was also a good perk to have the use of their beachchairs. The room was quiet. So convenient to have on-site parking.

We would absolutely stay here again!

The location can't be beat and the pool was great. Complimentary breakfast, cookies each evening, and wine each afternoon was lovely. You were even able to borrow beach towels and chairs at no extra charge.

The room was a tad small but it worked for us.

Very nice and relaxing.

Great location, breakfast was more than I expected and coffee 24 hours was great!

It said Ocean view when booking, I could see the ocean if I looked over the railing to the left.
