My husband and I were celebrating our 29th anniversary and we had a wonderful time together and your hotel was perfect.

It was very clean and comfortable. I liked the separate living room area from the bedroom.

Pleasent, and peaceful.

After our 200-mile drive, it is always a pleasure to enter our clean, bright room. Its white walls and matching bedspread are an invitation to spend a restful night. The cleanliness of the bathroom always brings a smile.

Place was adequate. I want to support local family-owned business.

It was clean but nothing special. Room was big. Liked the little balcony with 2 rockers. Liked the gas fireplace out side near the pool.

There was no bathroom vanity. You used the kitchen sink as a vanity.

Tolle Unterkunft im sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, netter Empfang , Zimmer sauber und komfortabel , alles da , was man benötigt. Strand in der Nähe. Frühstücksrestaurants in 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar

room was very spacious and the balcony with rocking chairs was so relaxing and loved that it was just across the street from the big beach, have already made reservations for next year, definately something to look forward to.

don't do well with stairs so they gave 1st floor for next time.

Room was clean and in excellent shape. We had a basic 2 queen bed room reserved and requested a suite with sofa bed upon arrival and was upgraded without problem.

It was almost unbearable, but had no choice but to stay there.

Not much. Paid for a suite 900 Sq feet, got a 400 sq ft room. No one wants to give me any kind of refund. Had friends that were supposed to visit, had to tell them not to come.

Not on the lake, can't even see the lake. Total bull.

Decent overnight accommodation for staying in Ludington

No separate bathroom sink.. the kitchen sink served as both… Inconvenient and gross….

Uncomfortable with guests outside our doorwall our entire stay. no privacy

Nice room, clean, modern

Body wash was completely empty. The guests in the room next to ours were using our picnic table outside our room and using the grill. Guest should be told to only use the picnic table outside their rooms and each room has one. IT WAS RUDE.

disappointing

location and price was great

we had no hot water. it was bearly warm. the owner came late Friday night clearly bothered and said it couldn’t be fixed and it wasn’t freezing. finally said he supposed he could move us just told him we were there only two nights we would manage. then after he left I reviewed my reservation and discovered I booked a Junior suite and was just given a queen room. I decided to just leave it alone after having to deal with the owner once

Great stay

Great location near Stearns Park. I was worried about getting a “pet friendly room” for the first time but there was no evidence pets had stayed in there before, it was perfectly clean. There is a great yard area with doggie clean up station that was perfect for our dog, and I didn’t find random piles of poo anywhere on the property. Furthermore, the room was fairly updated/modern. Our room had vaulted ceilings.

Everyone's so nice we both have knee surgery . Asked for lower level they were so nice and accommodate us. Even asked if we wanted or needed anything. Gave us information for the area had a great stay. We have stayed 2 time there and loves every time. ❤️

Exceptional

Very quiet, clean, and comfy beds. Housekeeping kept the place clean and made up. Had fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Easy parking.

Only thing I could even suggest is a power strip. With families not enough outlets but we basically just used to sleep. Too much to do all day

It was a very nice weekend staying there even in the winter. The location was perfect.

They upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice of them. That worked out perfect.

The mattress and the pillows could have been better.

Short sweet stay

Noisy neighbors, little kids were loud, seemed like lots of extra rooms to book us next to noisy family.

Right on Lake Michigan, room was clean and good sized

Our rooms heat was not turned on before we arrived and we had to figure put how the thermostat worked. It's only 50 degrees in the room. It took a couple hours to get the room heated up to 70.
