The location.
Our family reserved a room and included the ages of our children on the reservation and the staff still put us on the second floor. My kids could have easily fallen down the stairs or through the railings. I would hope that families who include the ages of their children on the reservation staff would consider the safety of the children and place them on the first floor. Our room also did not have a bath tub leaving us to bathe our 1 and 2 year old in the kitchen sink which only had hot water so then we had to cool it down by filling the ice bucket with cold water in the bathroom sink to cool down the kitchen sink bath. The linoleum floors were ripped causing potential of cutting our feet.

Convenient location
Was given a room where the AC didn’t work they switched us to another one that was very outdated and the shower floor was cracked which made it unsafe to shower kids

Walking distance to ferry, shuttle stop right in front of the door. Pool is unused, but a lot of fun for the kids.
It was pretty expensive, but I guess it was the season.

Good location, clean room
It's overpriced.

The bedding pillows need replaced, super thin walls, and traffic noise was insane. Won't stay here again. Overall I would look elsewhere.
Pills hard and lumpy towels hard and scratchy noise level just more than we bargained for and the room was so bright even in the dead of night hard to get a good night rest.

Staff were flexible and accommodating for my situation. Diligent in fixing problems (mostly key card troubles).
The room was comfortable with working A/C and hot water with only momentary delay.
For the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and condition of my room.
I never once was worried for my health or safety, and that ultimately mattered the most. The bed was comfortable and clean, towels stocked along with plenty of lotions, shampoo, conditioner, as well as bars of body and face soap.
Location is only blocks away from the Ferry Landing, as well as all the eateries a traveler could ask for. Additionally, the location feels safe and homely nestled next to a well managed neighborhood. The grounds are well maintained and inviting with only minor inconvenience in accessing certain locations of the hotel, which is to be expected considering it is located nearly at the heart of a small, suburban community on a man-made island.
The age of the premises definitely shows in the room. Continuously wiping off feet, worn look to A/C unit and bathroom, but functional and comfortable with only minor (and quite frankly inconsequential) complaints.
TV logs out of accounts each time it is turned off, which is mildly annoying but not a deal-breaker, especially considering the quality of the TV, and the size of the TV for the room size was impressive. From a personal privacy standpoint, this could even be considered a positive due to being more conservative with user data by not staying logged in when not in use.

Cute, Location, hotel store, & Friendly Staff
Spider webs and bugs in room… but overall very nice and clean. Not enough insulation in the walls. The other guests were loud and woke up early 6am talking right next to our room which woke us up earlier than we would have liked.

I loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.
Our stay was too short. ;)

Location was great, room was clean.
I noticed where the smoke detector was supposed to go was gone, then on the last day we noticed it was under the bathroom sink, not too sure about that one. The biggest concern of mine is that I had went to go get food and realized I forgot my room card, thankfully I still had a friend inside the room when I returned but as I was knocking on the door, I am assuming he was a guest was walking to his truck and asked if I was okay, he then proceeded to say something along the lines of “the room cards work for every room here”. He then handed me his room card and it magically worked. I know the location is super safe and what not but just the thought of that made me take every valuable person item with me every time we left the room.

The water in the shower was nice and warm.
Front desk should advise that sometimes you need to push the handle on the door twice before it will open. I was not advised by the staff about this and was locked out of my room for an hour in the morning before the staff arrived. I called the number to the hotel and the phone number on the front door, however, never received a call back. Also, the hair dryer in my room had a European plug and no where to plug it into. I called the front desk and was brought a new hair dryer,

It is not only cute as a bug’s ear but the staff was wonderful! The young woman who checked us in was so sweet and so accommodating for two haggard travelers and a dog.

The location is prime. Most of the staff was great.
AC was switched out along with a power surge blow. Altered my account and made changes to what they wanted it to show.

The hotel has kept its low-key atmosphere over the years, with helpful staff. Nothing fancy, but nice. It always feels like a cozy place.
While the breakfast was always just ok (all packaged due to CA law) - to do away with it completely, except for the coffee, after the pandemic, while rising the prices, isn't good either. I wish they would bring it back.

Great room with comfortable bed. The location is good, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the ferry landing area. The hotel has cruiser bikes available for guest use, which was great.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't have any hot water the last morning of our stay, but the problem did get rectified.
The TV had very few working channels. Staff were very helpful in replacing the TV with a newer one, so we could get more channels, but still a bit limited (CBS and Fox, but no ABC or NBC. Also no CNN). I don't watch a lot of TV while on vacation, but I do like to see the news.

Location and using the free bikes. All the ladies running the front desk. They all were exceptional.
Price for what you got. Room really wasn't very nice. I heard that one wasn't updated. We should have moved to a better located one after everyone cleared out Sunday morning. Our bad.

windows did not lock. had to wedge an ironing board in the window. got thrown out by the police when someone decided my cat was not a “pet” after two nights of a five night stay (Paid in full and a week in advance). Despite my paying a pet deposit The day I checked in full and in advance and filling out a disclosure form stating that I had a cat. The rest of the staff was delightful super nice and was easy to get along with. The management has some serious issues. paid $1000 for two nights stay with the room that didn’t lock.
