שרות גרוע ביותר בדלפק הקבלה . לא מומלץ !!!! שירות גרוע בכביסה , צריך מטבעות ואין מקום לפרוט שטרות . בקבלה מקשיים ולא עוזרים . חבל מאד . הזמנו מקום ליומיים וביטלנו בגלל הצוות המזעזע .

Hope ppl can understand the pain of soft sleeper. Thanks for the lady fill up my water bottle.

This is the worst experience ever. We are IHG member, asked for quiet room before checking (also mentioned in the booking), the front desk ppl told us it was facing parking, was quiet. After we open the room, actually it was facing route 13, car passing every 2 seconds, we back to front immediately requesting change, she told us no since we just open that room door. We tried so hard to explain and requested, and noticed there are other rooms empty since guests not arriving yet, she rejected again said all the remaining rooms are odd numbers rooms which facing the route 13. we asked for the map and my husband went up to check the shape of hotel again, actually this hotel is long rectangle shape, only very few rooms facing 13, she rejected the idea of map, with a COLD STONE NO. We asked for talking with manager, was told she is the ONLY ONE in. At last she told us her job is to hand out the room card and will do nothing else. We were totally stunned for this hospitality altitude, so rude.

Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular

The room could have been cleaner. The shower looked like it had mildew in some of the corners. The shower had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. Also it looked like they didn't finish making 1 of the beds, there was a pillow on the chair without a pillowcase on it.

Nice breakfast, walking distance to the buttermilk falls park, and to many restaurants and shops, free parking, staff were very friendly and helpful

Nicely updated clean hotel

Hotel was clean, clerk up front desk was great, breakfadt buffet was absolutely awesome.

The only downfall was weird smell in the elevators.

Bed wasn't comfortable for me. There was dirty wash cloth hanging over shower head. Pricey especially for a room downstairs next to a boiler room so close to the lobby.

If you get a room with a ROAD view, you will NOT sleep. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

It’s your standard Holiday Inn Express in a convenient location. Clean hotel. Breakfast is good.

The room we stayed in was literally right next to a busy 4 lane road that was extremely loud. We didn’t sleep at all. Constant motorcycles and truck jake breaking all hours of the morning. It was a miserable experience. And the front desk absolutely would not move us saying they were full, which was a complete lie. They would not cancel the rest of our stay either.

breakfast was pretty good. Beds OK. No issues with staff--they are not to blame for the negatives noted below.

something was clearly going wrong with the building, like the AC in the common areas, halls, elevator, etc. was not working or something like that. Odors were half-covered up with high-powered chemicals. In the room itself things were not so bad because of the individual room AC unit, though it made a huge amount of noise. Poor quality sound insulation meant we could hear every step the person on the floor above us made. Probably the people below us heard us too. Maybe all Holiday Inn Expresses are this cheaply constructed and I'd just forgotten? Not for travellers who have ANY allergies.

Very poor check-in experience with an unfriendly and surly (possibly overworked) receptionist!

Room design and cleanliness was amazing, unfortunately location and pool are lacking.

Room design and cleanliness was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable. Close to Ithaca College ideal.

1. My room was right on the street side. I did not realize this. I did not sleep well at all! 2. I took my 8yo down to pool (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). The pool was disgusting! There was debris and small bugs floating on top. The water was very murky, and there was dirt and debris on the bottom. I own a pool. IF the pool was "taken care of" then you need to maintenance the pool filter system. If it is not being maintained, that is DISGUSTING! At a hotel, I expect a clean pool. Needless to say, I did not let my 8 year old swim in that pool!! She was very disappointed.

I would definitely stay again but would request a room opposite of the road side

clean. staff was awesome.

the microwave is to high probably 5feet off the floor. beds are to high. small table in the corner was to heavy to drag over to the chair and I didn’t want to sit looking to corner to eat. don’t like pump shampoo conditioner and body wash. the shower curtain rod was damaged. 2 nights with tax fees etc. was $500.! expected more
