nice and clean and the staff were just the best.

Location
To many people lingering outside around vehicles didn’t feel safe

The rates were good and the manager was extremely nice. Although, overwhelmed, she stayed positive and kept it together.
The entire stay, towels and sheets were not changed nor, even offered to us to do ourselves. Had to go to a dollar store and purchase trash bags and a broom and dust pan to clean. The website displayed breakfast. But there is no breakfast. The refrigerator in the room was leaking water continually next to an electrical outlet.

The staff was great, very friendly & helpful. The pillows were very comfortable. The mini fridge worked very well, so well some of my beverages froze. If you are looking for a low budget, low quality place to rest, this place fits that bill. The hotel is located off the main road leading into town from I85 behind the Taco Bell, at times traffic is busy making it hard to get out of drive. Pretty quiet despite the location.
Not very clean, door had a huge gap where you could see outside (see pic). Floor was filthy & sticky (see pic of towel used to wipe up spill). Grim all around trim of mini fridge (see pics). Ceiling in bathroom looked like the floor above had a flood & it looked moldy as well as the door (see pics). No remote for TV, thankful I had my laptop. Telephone didn't work, thankful I have a cell phone. Only one lamp in the room worked, light over vanity & that one lamp was the only source of light at night. The other lamp had no light bulb & the bulb socket was broken so it wouldn't have mattered if there was a light bulb in it. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, nor was there coffee. They didn't even have plates or plastic-ware for guest to use in their rooms. Pool wasn't open either, I heard it hasn't been open for years. A lot of false advertising going on here. I'm just glad I didn't pay the full price for this room. It served it's purpose I guess.

Location was perfect but room was not very clean and had lots of trouble with key not working and pool was down

The new girl Brittany was very pleasant.
They didn't have a room available for me needing handy cap then put us at days inn and that room was nasty had hair all over the place and smelled of weed something black all over the beds made.
The beds at econo lodge are hard as a rock too. The one in 202 had stains all over the sides.
They still have not refunded to my bank the 136.50 that's owed to me.

Everything. The hotel was very outdated and dingy. Many outlets had no covers and the hotel just seemed like it hadn't been cleaned.

The location was great all well most of what we needed was within walking distance.but front desk guy kept trying to charge my card on file without asking if i was staying again and he shouldnt do that anyways.remotes didmt work our batteries for room didnt work we had to get off work after 12 hr days and wait for guy in office to let us in.roaches no breakfast no laundry stiff mattresses.the best thing there was the tv channels.but the remote was even messed up.when i went to turn volume up or down it changed the channels at the same time

Absolutely nothing
First of all they sent us next door to Days Inn to check in then they said we didnt have a reservation then the girl from Econo Lodge walks in the back door and they both gave me the run around and said they had no rooms at either hotel available but yet there were only like 2 cars in the whole parking lot and they looked like they wouldnt even run. I would never stay at either place , the hotels were so run down looking with shady people hanging around the front doors to the lobby . A creepy guy followed me in and when I went to leave he turned and walked back out behind me which made me feel extremely uneasy. I wouldn't recommend Anyone stay there at either place .So I ended up going down the street to Red Roof Inn and the guy was extremely nice and he gave me a great room rate . I just hope that anyone reading this doesn't book a room at Econo Lodge or Days Inn in Lavonia, Ga. Cause in my opinion both of those places should be shut down , their horribly run down looking and not safe . I feel like if we had stayed there we would have been robbed or our vehicle broke into..

Convenient location, pleasant check in clerk
No hot water, rained and flooded part of the room, shower didn't drain, bathroom door was moldy, missing backup security latch

The ladies at the front desk were nice. That’s it. Nothing else. How do I say more when there wasn’t any more?
The room was half finished, it seemed. Half of what was there looked new, the other half looked forgotten. The paint job was terrible. The lights at the vanity were way too bright. The privacy lock was broken on the main door. The walls are thin. The sheets were itchy. There was a gap under the main door.

The hotel was right off the interstate, which was convenient for travel.
This was truly the worst hotel stay I have ever had (and I’m not a super picky person). The room smelled awful. It was not properly cleaned because there was hair in the drain, a washcloth was left in the shower from previous occupants, and the extra blanket was crumpled up on the shelf so there’s no telling if that had been washed. Beyond that, the room was overall old and dingy and not kept up well. My husband saw roaches at one point. Also, it did not feel like a very safe environment. The whole place felt sketchy.
