Excellent Family Hotel

Everything. We were in town for a family wedding. We received early check-in. They communicated with us through the whole process. All the nights we were there, the staff was friendly and helpful. Other guests must have agreed because every night, the parking lot was packed.

The doors all slammed shut. As guests left early in the morning and the slamming doors was hard to sleep through.

Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dafür entschieden, weil es eine gute Bewertung auf Booking.com hatte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war für unsere Verhältnisse am unteren Ende von gut, jedoch immer noch nicht schlecht (im Verhältnis zu anderen Angeboten in Boise).

Wir hätten es begrüsst, wenn ein ordentliches continentales Frühstück angeboten worden wäre.

Comfortable and relaxing.

I like that all the rooms I stay in with My Place are similar so I always know what to expect. Also Anna at the front desk when I arrived was very helpful and kind. So was the lady that checked me out in the morning, though I don't remember her name.

There were some places that the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning, but nothing major. The tub looks like it could do with a remodel or deep clean.

We were assigned a room next to the elevator and the window in the room was useless since all we could see is a big wooden frame. No soap and shampoo in the room up on check in so have to ask for it.

Good for the price, and a place to sleep. Nothing fancy.

The staff was very kind and courteous. They were patient and helped explain and walk us through the issues we had due to utilizing booking.com. The room was spacious, and clean.

The water from the faucet definitely tasted terrible, which is unfortunate given the rooms did not provide bottled water. The Internet was also not great, but it was adequate enough for our purposes (a place to sleep on a road trip).

Nice place to stay. Have stayed here on multiple trips.

The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The shower has good pressure. It’s close to Red Robin, Krispy Kreme, and Starbucks.

When booking, it says breakfast included. It’s grab and go with a water bottle, apple, muffin, and granola bar.

Decent spot for the night. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, which was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Great choice for meridian area. Quiet and comfy.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice kitchenette. Quiet yet close to everything. Friendly staff. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

Dog owners didn't pick up after their dogs even though there was bags and garbage easily available. Multiple piles of poop within arms reach of the bag dispenser. This isn't the hotels fault, but rather rude guests that seem to think it's someone else's responsibility to clean up after their dog. Stepped in a pile while walking my dog. Guests need to do better.

Stress free stay.

Location was key for us. Easy on/off interstate, close to shopping areas but more important close to family that we were visiting. When we check in/out the staff always meets us with a smiling and warm greeting, acknowledging us each time as we come in and go out.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very close to The Village and a ton of restaurants, but it is not on the main road, so it’s quieter.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Over $660. For 2 nights stay is outrageous!

Did not want to pay for additional fees for breakfast. Most hotels provide a good breakfast buffet.

Price for stay is crazy for room similar to Motel 6 and kitchen should have dishes! Selling a small pan for $30 in your lobby store is insulting!

They had a spacious room with plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was a good size. Plenty of parking. Liked how they gave a list of the tv channels. Loved that they had an ice maker in the room. You just had to activate it.

I didn't quite understand how they did breakfast or if it was included.

It was clean but only because it's new- comparable to a mobile home. Cheap furnishings, paper thin walls, tacky carpet. For a quick sleep on route to the airport it was fine, but don't expect to feel like your vacationing here.
