The staff was nice
Lots of things closed or not working & waiting for maintenance.
Doors, juice machine, the whole pool area
4.5
We had a suite which was great for our family of 6. The kitchen was fully functional and better than expected, although we didn't need to try it out for our short stay. They had many loaner kitchen appliances available if you needed. The kitchen would have been extremely useful if we were staying more than one quick night.
The pool was closed for maintenance or something, but fortunately we didn't have time to use it. We were a family of 6, but the sofa bed was not made up, nor did it come with enough pillows, etc for two people to use. The boys managed fine though. Breakfast was adequate, but the juice machine was out. We discovered later that there was coffee and tea around the corner. Food was kept very minimally stocked so you were never sure if you were taking the very last thing or not.

Clean, convenient, good staff.
Booking.com didn’t disclose the indoor pool had been closed for months. Was main reason for hotel choice. Not cool!!

every thing

Having the two separate bedrooms made for a perfect stay for a mother/son traveling group. Being able to walk to the son's house we were visiting made it perfect.
No Diet Coke on site!
2.5
the pool was nice the room large just oddly set up
the bathroom set up was off. you couldn’t stand at the sink and have a person come out of shower area. the shower area was controlled at the sink and the beds were right by the sink so the light shone in your eyes if someone got up in the night. there was also no shampoo
3.5
nice people
excessive dog poo, could be solved with a waste disposal and bag located at the pet area

Great
There was A LOT of chlorine in the hot tub.

One of the front desk staff was condescending.

The design of the space was impeccable, very accommodating with a kitchen and the closet connected to the bathroom. They really got a lot into a small space. The location of the tv was not conducive for comfortable watching.
Bed was almost too firm and pillow options were not firm enough - of the 4 pillows it would have been nice to have 2, firm.

The price was ridiculous and it was very loud. The floor above us creaked every time someone walked.

Great location
The room, could have been cleaner. Staff was polite, however they could be more friendly.

Location to Meridian
1.5
The location was really the only good thing about this place.
Super outdated and didn’t seem clean. The breakfast was gross!!
4.5
It was clean and comfortable.
It’s a little too close to busy roads. We live in the country so we could hear the traffic.
Also, the first two nights were really good. Unfortunately, the last night was noisy. There were noisy and inconsiderate people above us that were jumping around and making the pictures on our wall shake! It’s as if this parent/parents didn’t care about anyone in the hotel! Rude! We will probably stay at Hampton Inn next time and hope...
