The location was amazing! We did not go to the restaurant at the location. Loved having a kitchen in the condo. Great place for the value!
Our only issue was the walls seemed super thin because we could hear conversations of the people upstairs, when they showered late at night, and buzzers from nearby rooms.

The location was very amazing.
The apartment needs some improvement.

I like the location and that it was close to everything.
The apartment was very old and needs a serious upgrade

Breakfast wasn't provided. But 80 yds from here is the Corner Bakery a marvellous bakery shop for breakfast. The Georgia Aquarium, House of Cocalcola, Olympic Centennial park,Ferry wheel are all within 7 mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, the drawing room is comfortable and the bed is cosy too.The apartment staff are courteous
The door hinges need repair, the sofas are bit old and worn out. But overall stay was splendid

We liked that the property had a balcony and that it was set up like a home as close as possible.
The only thing that we didn’t like was that the room didn’t get cold enough even with the ac being on high.

The building was well located and the woman at the front desk was great.
The building used HEAVY floral air fresheners and it gave me a headache. The unit itself used old photos. The "leather" couch was completely peeling and they didn't even put a proper cover on it. The tub and ceiling in bathroom were peeling. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall if you looked at it. The toilet is jammed in next to the tub so you really have no room to maneuver. The laminate flooring was not installed correctly so there were gaps in the flooring. The A/C was a joke. It barely cooled the unit.

The security on the inside of the building
All of the homeless people outside the building parking was never the same price kinda high too the floor was messed up in the apartment

Convenience. plenty of sleeping space for our group of 5. Ease of Use. Very pleasant concierge.
Could’ve been kept up better. Toilet paper holder was broken. Flooring was loose. Not many glasses or Bowels, about 4 each.

Bedroom was spacious and balcony was nice
The wood was coming up in the floor and caused several trips in the bedroom doorway. Ceiling has alot of water damage. Pleather was coming off the couch and falling everyone and getting all over everything.

The apartment is in a good location, close to everything, that's it!
When I arrived the refrigerator was unplugged. Tried to plug it in, but the cable was loose in the back of the fridge on the floor, which was very dirty, picture included. Had to pull the fridge out, the bottom handle, the freezer one, was a poor repair, they put a bath towel handle because probably the original was broken, but it was loose, so when you pull from it, it will come out, had to move the fridge forward to a very small space, so one had to climb on top of the kitchen counter, no space to go in between, and almost dive behind the refrigerator to be able to reach for the cable. After accomplishing the task, told everything to the owner by message, and that I was going out for some groceries. I came back three hours later and the fridge was not working, nor the freezer. I message the property telling them that I was expecting them to come and fix the situation today, or they should reimburse at least one day, I told them that I did not mind the time they would come, even before sunrise. They should have known that it was not working. I told them that I had food, chicken, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, eggs that they all need to remain cool and they were going to turn bad the next day. They answer me until the next day, that is a very unrespectful manner to treat your guests, who are not paying a bit. They said that they were going to install a new refrigerator as soon as possible. On the third day they offer me to cancel my reservation for the remaining dates before 10 am the next morning, so that I may get reimbursed for the remaining four nights, because they said that they did not have another apartment available. They also said that the technician told them he could bring a new fridge the day after in the afternoon, that means basically four days without refrigerator. The groceries turn bad already. On Friday afternoon they offer me to move to another apartment for two nights, so I told them that I would move because it was a nightmare!

Great location for downtown Atlanta. The price was better than anywhere else I found in the area for the days we were staying. Plenty of room. Had a great view of the city. Excellent communication with me throughout my stay. It was exactly as advertised. It was fully furnished.
I tried to check in and there was no one at the front desk. I waited there so long that finally I was let in by other people that lived in the building and lucky for me the owner already gave me information that allowed for me to get in our room with no problems and get the fob to the building.

The room was SUPER clean, and we loved being on the 20th floor. The view was nice for us Country folks. The location was an easy walk to the GA sea aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and the college football hall of fame. All of which we visited. It was also very close to public transportation if you just want to park and leave your vehicle. The building itself was secure, and we felt safe there. The owners were very attentive and answered any questions in a timely manner before and during our stay. There were plenty of clean towels and things we needed. A fan or ceiling fan would have been nice to have.
The building was old, parking was expensive, we thought, and I'd definitely pay the extra to stay in the triple A lot that has security. We parked in the lot right next to the bldg, paid $22 for one night and were immediately advised by several people not to leave our vehicle in that lot, it wouldn't be safe, so we moved and paid another$25 to park right next door in the AAA garage that has security. We arrived after dark, and it was pretty sketchy and not a safe environment. We were panhandled by several men before we walked 200 ft.
Several things in the apartment were broken, which made it feel more aged. The microwave didn't work, and the couches were literally falling apart.

The property needs an update. all the furniture and details are old, broken, beaten up and do not correspond to the pictures shown on their booking.com site. the characteristics are not correct (mentions the possibility of sleeping arrangement of up to 6 people (not true). the apartment only has one true double bed.(where a couple can sleep). If 2 people needs beds to sleep, as my case, me and my adult daughter, on separate beds, it is not possible. The mention of a futon and sofa bed are a lie. The “futon” fits a child (it has 1.60 meters/ 67 inches) and the sofa is not a sofa bed . The sofa is peeling and old. the coffee table falling apart. the drawers in the bathroom completely broken. The outlet next to the bed is uncovered and unsafe. The building corridors and the surroundings of the building are always smelling as weed. The property does NOT have a washer or dryer in the apartment, and gives a misleading idea that it does (when asking to concierge, found out that there is a laundry room in the basement of the building and is for pay - that should be informed on the property page)

everything- it’s terrible and a safety hazard for guests and should not stay on the platform .

It was close to Marta and the Georgia World Congress Center. The lobby was nice.
The photos are NOT accurate. Most if not all furniture and equipment were damaged or not working. This property is NOT well maintained. This property could look way better with just a little of maintenance (paint, proper fixes, and updated floors by someone with a sence of pride). For example the "fix" to the freezer door was a towel rack. 🤯 They need new pillows. They were completely gross.🤮 🤢
There isn't an outlet in the extremely small bathroom and the drawers were falling off broke.
1.0
Absolutely NOTHING!
1. No instructions on parking
2. No instructions on how to work the a/c which doesn't blow hard
The front door I had to push in with my shoulder because it's sticks.
3. The microwave DID NOT WORK. I brought $70 bucks of frozen goodies but could never eat then. Complete waste of my money.
4. The freezer was hard to open. That towel bar replacement kept falling off 🤦🏽♀️
5. The patio door was horrendous damaged at bottom and side
6. The closed in screen balcony is nice however, it was ripped in one ever badly.
7. The furniture 🤮 it is old and tacky. Covering it up with that ugly brown blankets made it WORSE!
8. The bedroom windows blinds was terrible. One window had no blinds and the other window blinds are
broken.
9. I tripped over the rug in front of the bed and noticed how nasty it was under that
rug.🤮
10. Closet doors in the entry is missing its knobs so opening that was tricky.
11. 80% of the outlets didn't work in the unit.
12. THE BATHROOM 🤬 the tub with that shower mat is gross. Honestly that mat should be removed for sanitary reasons. The tub is stained so bad it looked like dirt. I had to shower with my slides on.
13. Only ONE light worked in the bathroom which made it extremely hard to apply any kind of makeup.
14. The people hanging out in front of the building asking my better half and myself if we want to BUY WEED every time we stepped outside.
15. The hallway areas smelled damp and moldy.
This unit was NOT worth any of my hard earned money! It needs major repairs and new furniture. I didn't pay to be hounded by the less fortunate and the drug dealers as soon as I step out the building. I was so uncomfortable being there that I left a day early! I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying here and or going through booking. The pictures posted online didn't look like the unit I received. Please see attached pictures. This will be copied and pasted under reviews.

Very easy process to check in. It was a very spacious condo, and excellent location.
That we had to pay for parking, but it was not that bad for having to pay, but free parking would have been a great perk.

The location was great
Parking isn’t on premises you have to park in a parking garage for an additional $25 a daily rate. The apartment was good however it was outdated the bathroom could use an upgrade, there’s no tv in the bedroom. The balcony screen is ripped and the sitting furniture can be updated. The location is great the apartment building is clean and safe the apartment was very cleaned.
