Location was great
The carafe for the coffee pot was missing. There were dirty wash cloths behind the toilet.

Beautiful condo, however most of the hotels amenities are not included because the condo is privately owned. I have been staying at the Shoshone for almost 30 years. I love the hotel but will book directly through them next time.
The breakfast was not included. The hotel would not provide shuttle service to us because we booked through booking.com. The pool was closed for the first 3/4 of our trip due to maintenance issues. Typically at your properties, simple items like coffee are provided in the room. This room did not have the basics provided. Could not get early check in. No housekeeping. Lastly, the pull out couch bed was unbearable. Definitely needs to be replaced.

We had an amazing stay at big sky. The condo was beautiful, very clean and perfectly formed with the most amazing view of the mountains. Our family of 6 fitted fine.
Could have done with more blankets for the extra beds and the heating was a bit tricky to work out.

Very nice location and atmosphere
Restaurant, overpriced for poor food.

The suite was beautiful, great location. The only problem was you need to go food shopping before you head up the mountain.

The staff working the front door were incredibly kind and helpful, even when they learned we didn't rent a room at the hotel, but instead rented a personal condo.
The restaurant was incredibly overpriced with mediocre, to even poor, food (my husband's $19 eggs/bacon/toast/potatoes breakfast had toast that was like a brick and eggs that weren't cooked how he ordered them) and drinks.
The facility is a bit run down (inside the hot tub area, there were glass bricks missing, exposing the wires/plywood and the steam room was labeled "not working" - upon closer review, they were actually storing misc. junk/boxes and the housekeeping cart inside the steam room) - the elevator even broke while we were staying there and remained that way for the rest of our trip.
The condo that we rented, once we stripped the linens, had dirty looking (big yellowish stain on the white sheet) linens on the bed. Also, the owners of the condo gave us the wrong code for the parking lot - the facility changed the code the week before...very frustrating!!!

Location was excellent, with convenient access to lift. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, which were excellent. In condo kitchen facilities were used for our breakfast needs. Very quiet. Excellent furnishings.
The price! Expect this was partly my fault for booking so late. It is a big facility, with convention capabilities - once outside of the condo unit, feels like being in a big hotel. Luxurious, for sure. I knew this going in, we enjoyed it as an end of trip bonus - I need to book earlier...

AC was weak cycled on off too often never adequately cooling
8.0
proximity to resort, staff was helpful, unit was quiet and comfortable.
The unit was a bit dated as far as decor. and Wi-Fi connection was poor for streaming on TV.

Location was amazing. Ski hill right outside your door. Plenty of places to eat or drink within walking distance. Went down to town one night, and was easy to get a lift.
This is a silly note - but the condo owners need to update their pans for cooking.

Everything was excellent except the 2 extra blankets for the king bed. They were too small, too thin and had holes in them.

Location and views
Could hear everyone in the hallway

Great location with easy access to slopes. Friendly, helpful staff.
No coffee filters for a rather unique machine.

Good location, beautiful view
