A szoba nem az elvártaknak megfelelő, de a személyzet a legkedvesebb amivel találkoztam.

A személyzet, mint a konyha kiváló a felnőtteknek!! A lobby és az étterem hangulatos és modern. Büfé reggeli, uzsonna és a meleg ételes vacsora finom és egészséges felnőtteknek.

Szoba: kicsi, nem volt 16nm. Padlószőnyeg nincs, de szőnyeg sincs (pedig a képeken az látszik, ez vagy az..), nem volt nálunk papucs…ez kellemetlenül érintett. Szoba felszereltsége (legminimálisabb): se függöny, se zsebkendő, se vízforraló (ez az utolsó nem is lenne fontos, de én kértem érkezés előtt). Nem volt takarítás, semmilyen szinten (első nap nyilván nem is igényeltük), de a szemetet se vitték el, mi vittük ki a szemetet. Konyha: gyermekekre picit többet gondolhatnának a vacsoránál (pl.nem ideális a csípős étel).

The amount is huge for the hotel

Location is good, metro&bus stations are in walking distance. The dinner is included which allowed us to avoid the question where to eat in the evening.

The rooms are extremely small, the cleaning service will only take off your rubbish if you ask. If not, it will live with you through out the days. No tooth brush or other kits you will find in room. So please bring with you. Air conditioners are not built in so you will have to sleep with open windows or use fan which is really noisy. I truly do not understand the quantity of 4 stars for this hotel! The amount is too big for such facilities

Stockholm ist eine schöne Stadt, aber mit dem Auto ein Albtraum

Man kann mit dem Fahrrad leicht und ziemlich schnell ins Zentrum fahren. es geht nur auf einer Straße gerade hinunter zum Wasser. Es ist auch fast eben, nur ein kleiner gut zu meisternder Anstieg

Das Abendessen ist nicht gut Die Parkplätze an der Straße sind Abzocke. Man muss hier genau aufpassen. Je nach Querstraße darf man Montags oder Dienstags von 00.00 - 06.00 Uhr morgens nicht parken, da die Kehrmaschine kommt. Strafzettel kostet 100 €. Am Wochenende ist hier zwar parken kostenlos, aber wenn man die Schilder eben nicht richtig liest, wird es teuer Zimmerservice gibt es keinen. Man muss es an der Rezeption anmelden. Zumindest die Betten könnten ja gemacht werden.

Not great not terrible

The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Location is pretty ok, walkable distance to the Djurgården island, not far to the metro station as well. They have very tasty bread.

Corridors are pretty dirty like nobody ever vacuums the carpet. A lot of mugs and cutlery are dirty. Food choice is very poor, in general taste is acceptable however nothing to be proud of as 4 star hotel.

Really nice, quiet hotel with lovely staff. Comfy beds and nice shower. Lounge area and outdoor seating nice. The food was really excellent - fantastic breakfast selection, good coffee on tap all day. The evening meal was also excellent - a small but very good quality selection. This was a nice quiet hotel and it is close to public transport.

It is in the middle of a residential area and there are no bars or restaurants very close by. However, you trade this off for a quiet location and a very nice, relaxed hotel.

Great location, amazing staff

The staff were amazing in helping us extend our stay when our flights got cancelled. They were so helpful with everything. Amazing meals, rooms were so comfy and clean, bathrooms were modern and clean. Close to the main area, only a half an hours walk from the museums and a little extra to gamla Stan.

Disapointing

Breakfast was fine.

Cleanliness was wretched. No cleaning unless you ask directly and even then they forget to do a lot of things like refill toilet paper or towels. Expensive hotels should be better.

Exceptional

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was lovely and all the meals were delicious and well prepared and served. They had vegetarian options available on request, super easily. We asked for an ice bucket for some sparkling wine we had and were even able to arrange a late checkout and leave our bags at the hotel until we were ready to leave. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well organised as well. 10/10

Honestly can't complain about anything.

I liked that the meals were included in the room price. It was such a blessing on my late arrival ~ 1945. There is a sauna, a mini gym, a cozy lobby - everything was nice.

Comfy, cosy, connected - ideal hotel for a week working in Stockholm

Comfortable bed, quiet and cosy room with excellent wifi, which was crucial as I was travelling for work. The quality of my video calls was better than it is at home! Lovely afternoon fika, very convenient to have the option of dinner included when I didn't feel like going out after work. I would definitely stay here again when travelling for work.

Everything was really great for my purposes. Some may find the location a little further out, but it was convenient for my workplace.

Everything was really good, the dinner and breakfast were so delicious and the stuff were so kind. They let us check out at 2pm without additional charge and help us with everything. I recommend this hotel to everybody !

Superb

From the moment we arrived the hotel was faultless. The receptionist Maria was excellent and subsequent staff were all great. The Half Board option was a gem, as prices in Stockholm for food and drink was very expensive. We requested a kettle for our rooms and this was no problem

Nice hotel with very friendly welcoming staff. It's about 20 mins walk away from the old town or the centre at a brisk pace so if you like to get your steps in this hotel is a good choice! My room was very comfortable and the evening meal and breakfast provided was great! There wasn't a lot of choice and I can understand the comments made by vegetarians but for me it was lovely and there was plenty of it.

Great experience overall

The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a problem in our booking but it was solved in the utmost professional manner by him. We found out later that the shower head in our room was broken and the same receptionist helped to change our room immediately. The sauna was great as well!

The shower head was found broken. This should have been observed and changed before new guests moved into the room. The shower head of the other room was not in a good condition either.

A good hotel for a short or even longer stay

The room was good in size, there was even a small sitting area with some nice furniture. It was quiet, pretty and clean everywhere in the hotel. The afternoon tea was enjoyable, and the breakfast was lovely, but the included dinner left a bit to hope for (especially the vegetarian option). Staff was welcoming and smiling and happy to help. We really liked the sauna, it was a proper one, thank you for that. There is a grocery store right around the corner if one wishes to have an extra snack while staying in. The check in and out times are generous.

The vegetarian dinner was just a simple hash, mostly just oily, cubed potatoes, felt like a frozen food thrown on a pan. Otherwise everything met our expectations.
