An easy hotel in montauk for a reasonable price, with a kind staff and great location.

The location is perfect, close to town.

The amenities are nothing crazy but a great deal for montauk and the staff is all incredibly nice.

Amazing location in a good room.

The location cannot be beat -- it's right on the ocean and you can walk to town.

The room was fine, but for the price it wasn't mind-blowing. I also thought some areas could have been cleaned better.

It was a restful stay.

The location; direct access to beach and the city center. Safe. And the staff are very friendly, efficient and informative.

Missed a day to enjoy swimming in the pool and at sea. The microwave oven sucks. It doesnt work.

It is a great place to stay to be on the beach.

The location is key. The actual facility, the rooms are a little run down. The staff were really nice.

Over all the hotel is great I've stayed there 2 yrs in a row. On the beach & 1 minute walking to tow

I liked my room was brand new & directly on the beach.

I wish hotel would provide lounge chairs for the beach. Also renovate exterior a bit

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked with supplies. View is fabulous. Pool offers a nice break from the sun and surf.

Would like to see a few tables at the pool area to have lunch or play games. Would like to be able to move the chairs to sit closer to the people in my party.

Location on the beach as advertised. Rooms and balconies were fine. Adequate closet and dresser space.

Not enough umbrellas around pool and you could not move lounge chairs to share umbrellas (which were large) since the lounge chairs were chained to the wall. People parked towels for the day and management did nothing to clear them. Room AC was noisy and clicked on and off way too many times to the point of sleep disruption. Firmer pillows needed.

No place is perfect but the staff here made up for all the dislikes. They were top notch!

We loved the location and ease of access to the pool and beach. The staff was awesome. So friendly and helpful.!

The bed was a brick! LOL, the bathroom was a little too small for my husband who has balance difficulties. The lounge chairs around the pool and on the sun deck were gross and dirty.

Wish the property was clean and mold free. would’ve be an amazing trip.

the location is obviously an amazing one. the cleaning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the ladies always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had beach towels/ towels.

my friends and I all left with mold poisoning. the first night we were there we woke up with symptoms but figured we were just tired from traveling. we stayed the three nights and by time we got home all of our belongings were musty and our bodies are still recovering. very unfortunate to deal with especially now having to be out from work sick and knowing we won’t get a refund from the property.

Hotel location, staff and cleanliness was excellent the room configuration was poor. The air conditioning was extremely noisy in our unit which made it difficult to sleep and it was blowing on us all night. We booked oceanfront room but had poolside. When I went to office it was already closed.
