Very mediocre- the outside was much nicer than the inside. Outside looked new and inside was dated.

Location was fine. Breakfast was great. Best part! The outside was lit up with lights. You could easily check on your vehicle. Very bright.

The bathroom counter was dirty - food was actually stuck on the countertop in bathroom. I had to clean and clean to get it clean. Toilet had mold in it. The room was humid and the air did not work well.

Superb

Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. The pool was nice. The staff was very helpful with extra requests and knowledgeable about tourist stuff.

Great place to stay and motorcycle friendly!

Staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. were were in town for a motorcycle event and they were extremely motorcycle friendly.

Welcoming and Comfortable

The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable about both Best Western Plus and Fredericksburg. Also, the beds were comfortable, especially after a day of exploring.

Close to downtown and easy to get to. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Stay was fine for our one night stay, but was expecting more for a Best Western “PLUS”.

Unique style of this location. Friendly staff.

Coffee area was lacking on creamer selection. Rooms felt “clean” but also “unclean” at the same time. Felt more surface clean rather than sanitized-clean. Pillows were awful and tiny. (Would have preferred normal sized pillows instead of the weird square pillows that felt like blankets shoved inside pillow cases.)

Basic hotel with close proximity of famous landmark.

The property is well located. Not too far from Main St.

This is an old property so expect a little old carpets/furniture.

Management of the facility was extremely poor. No concern for guest issues.

Location was OK but room was not maintained well. Bathtub appeared dirty and unmaintained. Staff were friendly and seemed to work hard

Was OVERCHARGED for two cold drinks from the vending machine. Payed $10.00 instead $1.25 plus the machine was out of almost all. Asked for action from the staff but was NOT helpful.
