Loved this lodge. Large, spacious room with a king-sized bed, fireplace and all the amenities I could want. The restaurant food was delicious, with portions that would give an all-day skier a stomach ache. Not to mention the absolutely beautiful view. I’ve travelled extensively over the last 25 years. I’ve stayed in some rally nice hotels. For the money, this lodge cannot be beat.
The food. I gained a pound for every day I was there.

Rooms are well-appointed, in a spare and simple style that I really appreciate. Comfortable beds, nice little kitchenette, and a bathroom with good counter space. Weather was hot, and it was great to have a pool; families with young kids were enjoying it too! Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Wonderful to have the pub right there after a long day; very good food and an outstanding selection of local craft beers on tap.
A few things weren't working: the front revolving door that lets you roll in a luggage cart, the arcade room (not important to me, but kids really love it), and the main restaurant isn't open. They're doing some construction and renovation, so things should be better once they're finished.

Amazing spot! So beautiful and comfortable. We had a blast! Close to Kingdom trails, superb views.
No decaf coffee in the room

Excellent location.
There was extensive construction going on at the hotel during our stay. The price paid was excessive given that.
The parking situation is poor on a good day, given all the parking garage is off limits due to construction and half the spots are also reserved for contractors, I had to park quite a ways away from the hotel. Add to that the fact that the distant hotel parking is also the ski area parking and there were no spots available on the weekend - makes for poor value proposition. Now for the worst part of my experience - without notice, Booking.com cancelled my room less than a week before my arrival. I had PAID IN FULL for two nights over 3 weeks before my stay. I lost my card between the time I booked/paid and arrival so my CC# changed. Booking.com cancelled the room without warning because the card was no longer valid even though the original charge had already gone through and is on my statement. I’m still waiting for my refund from Booking.com because they say it takes 15 days to get a refund. Thankfully the hotel agreed to honor the original reservation and I was able to keep my room - no thanks to Booking.com. Booking.com - I’m finished with you!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, locker to store mountain bikes - this wasn't our first stay and we'll stay again. Just need to remember to book early as they quickly get sold out.
Would be helpful to have somewhere to charge electric vehicles over night.

Everything modern and clean. Loved how quiet things were. The rooms have ample space and the kitchenette was wonderful to have.
Restaurant "The View" menu choices were good but limited. The food was excellent for a pub atmosphere. The draft beer selection excellent. Wish that the other restaurant had been open.
Would have liked more bed covering and extra pillows in the room.

The location was great for Kingdom Trail access. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable.
We had a clogged drain issue on the bathtub and told the reception on Saturday morning. They said someone will check it during the day. We left on Monday and no one fixed that. We had to stop showering to let the water go a couple of time which was very annoying.

We could not have been happier! The staff was friendly and helpful without exception. The location is sweet and we loved our well appointed room and view. We can't wait to come back for more ski racing getaways next winter!!

I liked the location, the hotel itself, the room and the friendliness of the staff. The shower was excellent.
I had trouble getting cell service and that was frustrating. I was also told that the wifi didn't work. I had hoped that there would be a coffee shop.

The room was spacious and I loved that there was a small kitchenette. The view of the mountain, with a small balcony was lovely. the bed was really comfy. The shower was exceptional. I stayed only one night but would return for sure.

Beautiful facility with top of the mountain scenery and nice kitchenettes in the rooms.

This was a very nice hotel. It was more than we expected. Very nice room/suite with a GREAT view. Had a kitchen, small living space, large bathroom and separate bedroom, great balconies. Loved it!
The restaurants at the hotel were all closed due to staff being sick. There was no place to eat onsite and very few locations to eat close by. Staff was not real helpful in recommending places to eat.

The property was beautiful. The room was nice and very comfortable.
They didn’t inform me when I made the redemption that there would be no food and no beverages and basically no amenities. Having no food available at a remote location is unacceptable. It ruined what could have been a very nice stay.
