An excellent 2 night stay! Great location! Friendly host!

The location of this property was excellent! Poipu beach was just a quick walk away. We saw turtles, monk seals, and dolphins on our walk along the shore.

Because the apartment faced the sun it did get a little warm during the day, but the unit air conditioner cooled it down enough at night that it was comfortable after a long day in the sun.

Great location and well managed, a very comfortable stay.

Kathy is a very pleasant, responsive and accommodating host. The unit was nicely furnished, well supplied and very comfortable.

The chickens are an issue everywhere on Kauai. The 3:30 am chicken wake-up calls every night were irritating.

Very good

Kathy was a super nice host and even left some chocolates for us! The location was super convenient and just a walk away from the beach. We signed up for surf lessons at the shop next door and they were wonderful.

Hale Pua Villa Seaside Studio is a hidden gem of a place in Poipu, we’ll definitely stay again our next trip to Kauai!

Clean and cozy. Amazing location. close to beach. Puka Dogs within 100 yards! Beach Chairs, towels, cooler provided… Awesome!

Pillows were not up to the standard of the rest of the facility.

Exceptional

We were happy with the location of the rental which was near the beach. There was convenient parking. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. The bed was comfortable for getting a good night's sleep. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating, and helped us when we needed it. It was also great that there was a washer and dryer and items for the beach.

Great value for the location. Clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location a few hundred metres from the beach. comfortable condo with a kitchenette enabled me to cook for myself. Owner Kathy is very friendly and welcoming.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and private studio

Gorgeous and private location. A couple minutes walk to the beach and walking paths, close to a bike rental and bus stop. Host was super kind. Unforgettable.

The neighbor cats didn’t want to be my friends.

Lovely, cozy, comfy & private accomodations, exactly as described in tropical setting.

Great location, lovely host, lodging exactly as described and shown in pics. Cozy, comfortable room. Easy walk to beach and food. Quiet and private, even with it being downstairs suite attached to residence. Equipped with beach chairs and towels, coffeemaker & fridge. Kitchen stocked with basics, as well.

If the host hadn't given us delicious macadamia nut chocolates as an "ahola" gift, which we ate all in one sitting, it wouldn't have whetted our appetite for more. So there's that.... ;-)

Close to Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach Broiler

The best things about this property were the friendly and helpful host, Kathy, and the proximity to Poipu Beach. We walked across the street each day to snorkel. The unit had all the basics (mini fridge and microwave) for a short stay. Brennecke's Beach Broiler is about "one block" away; however, if you go in the evening, be sure to make a reservation.

We only used the patio area as a convenient place to dry our snorkeling gear. There isn't really a view from the property.

The location was great with the beach a very brief walk away!

The location was great! We could be at the beach in a minute. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean!

The outdoor grill did not work. The owner was not aware of this until we told her near the end of our stay. She planned to address the issue for future guests.

Great location but needs some upgrading

Location was great across from Poipu beach. A/C was good.

Bed was very hard. Kitchen was very small and was more of a kitchenette. Bath was outdated with old fixtures in need of an update at this pricepoint.

Lots of tourists here at this time of year so many businesses raised their prices. Car rentals and hotels were overpric

Close to Beach. Ok to sleep as bed was comfortable except for the noisy roosters. The bathtub felt greasy. Toilet got stuck and ran until you took off lid to stop it.

Very dated furniture and lots of ant traps throughout. Not a place to relax inside or eat at. Was expensive for the room the size of a hotel at $300’per night.

Reallyt enjoyed our time here and amenities were great!

The location was perfect! Between the Marriott Waiohai and Brenneke's Restaurant and Kalapaki Joe's ( loved the happy hour)! Park was just across the street!

Great location and met all our needs!

Location is excellent being across from a safe beach for swimming and snorkeling. Also a short walk toa restaurant/bar and a deli that makes good breakfasts and sandwiches. The space is basic but had everything we needed including beach chairs etc.

It is a perfect vacation studio.

Wonderful location steps from the beach. Furnished with everything you could need in the kitchen and great beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach with you. Comfortable bed. Smart TV with a lot of functionality.
